This Disclaimer applies to the websites, applications, and services operated by PlayToEarn Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202131996N), Singapore ("PlayToEarn", "we", "us", "our"), together the "Platform". It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Methodology.

By using the Platform, you accept this Disclaimer.

This Disclaimer is written in good faith and in plain language. It is not legal advice.

1. No financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

PlayToEarn is an information and discovery platform for blockchain games. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any token, NFT, or digital asset, to invest in any project, or to download or play any game.

Blockchain games and digital assets are high-risk and volatile. Values can fall to zero, projects can fail or vanish, smart contracts can contain bugs or be exploited, and games can stop operating without notice. Any decision you make is entirely your own and taken at your own risk. Always do your own research, and where appropriate consult a licensed professional, before committing any money or time. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.

PlayToEarn acts solely as an information and discovery service provider, and never as a financial or investment advisor to the public, broker, dealer, intermediary, exchange, or custodian. Nothing on the Platform is a service for which a licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore or any comparable authority is required. We do not publish price targets or predictions; any forward-looking commentary is data-driven analysis, not a forecast or a recommendation to act.

Parts of the Platform, including some scores and indicators, use artificial intelligence. AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date, do not represent our views, and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Verify anything important independently and use such outputs at your own risk.

2. Our scores, ratings, and indices

The Platform produces several proprietary scores, ratings, indices, and indicators. These currently include the PlayToEarn Score (the P2E Score, our game ranking signal), the Investor Score (the I-Score, shown on token pages), and market indices such as the P2E100 and the Bull & Bear Index, with more to be added over time. They are explained at a general level in our Methodology.

These are good-faith outputs of our own proprietary systems, intended to be informative and continually refined over time. Every one of them is informational only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and none is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any token, digital asset, or game.

In particular:

• They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or free from error.
• They are not a measure of a game's or token's safety, legitimacy, quality, or future performance.
• They are not a recommendation or endorsement, and must not be relied on as the basis for any financial decision.
• A high score does not mean something is trustworthy or a good investment; a low or absent one does not mean it is not.

We may change or discontinue any of them at any time as we improve them. You rely on them entirely at your own risk.

3. Verification badges

Verification badges reflect paid interest, not our endorsement:

• A blue verified badge means a game has a paid listing.
• A gold verified badge means a game has a subscribed listing.

A badge means only that there is a paying party behind the listing. It is not a trust mark or a safety certification, and it is not a statement by us that we have inspected, audited, verified, or vouched for the game, its team, its token, or its legitimacy.

Games without a badge are, in most cases, older listings from before paid listings existed. The absence of a badge is not a judgement that a game is untrustworthy, just as the presence of one is not a judgement that it is trustworthy.

The benefits attached to paid or subscribed listings may change at any time.

4. Game listings and third-party information

Most listing information, text, links, images, and other details, is supplied by the game teams themselves. We do not independently verify this information, and we are not responsible for its accuracy.

We try, in good faith, to remove or decline games that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful, and we may act on our own initiative where we believe it protects our community. We cannot guarantee that every problematic game is caught, and some may appear on the Platform from time to time. We may relist a game if we later consider the concern resolved.

We do not verify the intellectual-property status of listed games. Whether a game holds the necessary copyrights, trademarks, or licences is the responsibility of the party listing it. Where we receive a valid, substantiated legal claim, or where we independently consider it appropriate, we will cooperate in removing or restricting a listing.

5. Third-party data

Parts of the Platform display data from third-party sources, including token and market data from external data providers and NFT or on-chain data from external platforms and blockchains. This data originates with those third parties, not with us. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability, it may be delayed, wrong, or unavailable, and you must not rely on it for any financial decision. Any reliance is at your own risk.

6. Advertising

Our advertising centre allows third parties to create and place advertisements and promotions. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or promotions in any form, including any that are fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or illegal. Advertisements are created by advertisers, not by us, and we do not endorse or guarantee any advertised product, service, token, game, or offer. Any dealing with an advertiser is solely between you and the advertiser.

7. Jobs

Our jobs board hosts listings posted by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party job offers. We do not verify employers, listings, or applicants, and we are not a party to any hiring relationship. Be especially cautious of any listing that requests payment, private keys, or sensitive personal or financial information.

8. News and commentary

Our news portal publishes news, analysis, commentary, and opinion in good faith and in the public interest.

Some of our coverage is data-driven market analysis and indicator-based commentary, and where practical is presented in a way that indicates it is analytical in nature. This content interprets data and is not a price prediction, forecast, or recommendation, and must not be relied on as financial or investment advice. Where we discuss projects, people, or events, we aim to distinguish analysis and opinion from fact and to report fairly, and we do not intend to defame anyone or to state as fact anything we do not believe to be substantially true at the time of writing.

News reflects the information available at the time of publication and may become outdated. It is general information only and is not advice. If you believe an article contains a material factual error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it in good faith.

9. Rewards, points, awards, and airdrops

Community Points (rewards) have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and are a non-transferable reward for participation. Any ability to redeem them is discretionary and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time; thresholds may not be reached and pending rewards may be forfeited. Point-based community activities use only Points that are earned and cannot be bought, involve no real-money stake, and are not gambling. Some rewards or offers may be provided or sponsored by third parties, which we do not control and are not responsible for, including any that prove non-genuine; do your own due diligence before relying on them.

Awards (awards) are run in good faith with reasonable anti-manipulation safeguards, which cannot be guaranteed to be perfect. Award prizes are often provided by sponsors or partners, and we are not responsible for a sponsor's or partner's failure to deliver. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited after 90 days.

Airdrops (airdrops) include internal and third-party campaigns. For third-party airdrops we provide only promotion, and we do not guarantee that any third party will pay out, delivery is that third party's responsibility. For internal airdrops, unclaimed prizes are forfeited after 90 days.

10. Premium membership

Benefits of our premium membership (Plus) are not guaranteed and may change, be reduced, or be withdrawn at any time.

11. Partners, affiliates, and official channels

Our partners (partners) and affiliates (affiliate) are not authorised to speak, make commitments, or act on our behalf. Their statements are their own and are not binding on PlayToEarn. Only our official website, applications, and clearly identified official social media accounts and community channels represent us; content others post in our community channels is their own. Beware of impersonation, and never share your private keys or seed phrase.

12. Third-party links and services

The Platform links to third-party websites, games, tokens, tools, and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, offers, security, or conduct, and you use them at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

13. "As is", and limitation of liability

The Platform and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayToEarn is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, any third-party content, or any decision you make based on it. This Disclaimer is subject to the limitations of liability set out in our Terms of Service and does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.
