Domora seeks to offer a simple solution to a complex problem: allowing individuals to invest in real estate, even with small amounts, through cryptocurrency-based fractionalization. This is all wrapped up in a gameplay platform that allows users to play, invest, and offer rewards.
Users crowdfund the purchase of real properties, receive Property Tokens and rental income, and unlock benefits inside a virtual game — including NFT's, points, and perks.
Platform revenues come from partial rental yields, trading/service fees.
A portion of these revenues is redistributed to users via a Reward Pool.
