The Sandbox is launching the Love And Music Festival this February. The 44-day event kicks off on Valentine's Day, February 14, and runs until March 28. It promises an exciting blend of music, artists, and unique experiences, setting the stage for a virtual festival. 

Featuring over 20 experiences, the event boasts an impressive lineup of musical adventures. Players will enjoy performances and activities involving Warner Music Group's College of Music with talents like Tay Keith and A.R Mermaid, alongside big names such as Steve Aoki, BLOND:ISH, Jamiroquai, and icons like Notorious B.I.G and Elvis Presley. The event includes fresh experiences like DanceFight and showcases from Nuclear Blast, with something for every music lover.

At the heart of the event is the Love And Music Hub, a virtual space where attendees can meet, mingle, and dive into the musical journey. This hub serves as the gateway to discovering the VIP guests and the starting point of an unforgettable party in the metaverse.

But the excitement doesn't end there. The Sandbox is upping the ante with an array of special rewards for participants. Players can engage in quests to unlock a share of a 30K SAND prize pool. There's also a 50K SAND pool for avatar owners and an 80K SAND pool plus 5 Catalysts for LAND owners. This year also includes special rewards for music enthusiasts. For instance, LAND owners in the Infinite Pulse Neighborhood will get the chance to earn a Stage NFT to host concerts. 

To be eligible for rewards, players must own the required NFTs, either a LAND or an avatar, to unlock extra prizes. A valid KYC is also required, highlighting the importance of player security.
