Initially scheduled for October 6, developer Distinct Possibility Studios has announced October 8, 4 PM UTC as the official mint date for Foundation Pack Series 1 NFTs, launching on Etherlink to give the web3 gaming community early access to the blockchain-powered version of Reaper Actual.

What Is Reaper Actual?

Reaper Actual is an open world persistent extraction shooter developed by Distinct Possibility Studios. The game takes place on the massive, war-torn island of Marova, where hundreds of players engage in modern first-person combat against each other and 5 NPC factions. Designed around large-scale player warfare, the game combines tactical combat, base building, and survival mechanics for an engaging blockchain gaming experience.

According to the studio, Reaper Actual aims to create a persistent battlefield where player choices shape the evolving world. The optional web3 component is built on Etherlink and provides ownership and marketplace functionality for those who wish to participate in blockchain-enabled servers. However, these blockchain systems are designed to remain entirely optional and will not affect gameplay balance or progression. What Is Reaper Actual’s Foundation Pack Series 1?

Foundation Pack Series 1 represents the first wave of collectible, tradable NFTs tied to the Reaper Actual Foundation Alpha. These packs are designed to grant holders early access to the game, along with playable Reaper NFTs and base locations within the world of Marova. Each pack includes at least one Reaper NFT and one Base NFT, both required to play the web3-enabled version of Reaper Actual.

Each Foundation Pack serves as an entry ticket to the early stages of the Reaper Actual ecosystem. Holders will be able to participate in Foundation Alpha testing, access private feedback channels, and engage directly with the development team. The NFTs included in each pack are fully tradable assets on supported secondary marketplaces. No supply details were provided at the time of writing.

Holding a Base NFT (Bunker / Warehouse) is required to play the web3 version of Reaper Actual. Bases act as player-owned hubs that store gear and resources, forming a central part of the game’s persistent economy.
