Artyfact has cut the Arena Duel ticket price from 5 USDT to 1 USDT, citing player feedback as the reason. The studio announced the change on September 15, 2026, roughly two weeks after the mode went live.

A platform fee of 10 percent applies to Arena matches, with the collected fees used for ARTY buybacks.

Why a Lower Ticket Matters More Than It Looks

Dropping the entry from 5 USDT to 1 USDT is an 80 percent reduction, and in a competitive mode that changes who can realistically participate.

At 5 USDT per match, a player running ten duels commits 50 USDT, which is a meaningful sum for anyone treating the game as entertainment rather than income. At 1 USDT, the same ten matches cost 10 USDT, and a losing streak stops being financially painful.

That shift matters most for the mode itself rather than for individual wallets. A wagered duel format only works when there are opponents available, and a high ticket price thins the pool to players confident enough in their skill to risk the stake. Lowering it widens the pool, which makes matches easier to find and gives newer players somewhere to build experience without paying heavily for the lesson.

The studio was explicit that the change came from feedback, which suggests the original price was producing exactly that problem.

The 10 Percent Fee Feeds Buybacks

A 10 percent platform fee sits on Arena matches, and those fees are directed into ARTY buybacks rather than staying with the studio as revenue.

That connects competitive activity directly to the token. Every duel played removes a portion of the stake from circulation as fees, and those fees are then used to purchase ARTY from the market, which reduces available supply.

The mechanic follows Artyfact's existing approach. The project already runs a buyback and burn programme funded by 10 percent of marketplace NFT sales revenue, and ARTY has a fixed supply of 25 million tokens with no further issuance planned. Adding Arena fees to that gives the token a second activity driven sink.

For players, the fee structure is straightforward enough to calculate. In a 1 USDT ticket duel between two players, 2 USDT enters the pot, 10 percent is taken as the platform fee, and the winner takes the remainder.

Three Daily Windows to Find Opponents

Alongside the price change, the studio has recommended three daily Arena Play Hours to bring more players together and make finding opponents faster. Those windows run from 00:00 to 02:00 UTC, 13:00 to 15:00 UTC, and 18:00 to 20:00 UTC.

The windows are recommendations rather than restrictions, so the Arena stays open outside them. The purpose is coordination: a player entering at a random hour may wait for a match, while one entering during a designated window finds a populated lobby.

The spacing covers three distinct regions. The 00:00 to 02:00 UTC block suits the Americas, 13:00 to 15:00 UTC covers Europe and parts of Asia, and 18:00 to 20:00 UTC catches European evenings alongside the American morning. That structure gives most players at least one convenient slot without splitting the population across too many periods.

Concentrating players into windows is a common answer to the matchmaking problem in smaller games. Rather than trying to sustain a 24 hour population, a studio nominates times when everyone is expected to show up, and the mode feels busier than the raw player count would suggest.

Inside Artyfact

Artyfact is a free to play action, adventure, and MMORPG hybrid running on BNB Chain, described as the first AI game with NFT revenue sharing and positioned against titles including Fortnite and Valorant. It launched in beta on the Epic Games Store on January 24, 2025 following a community vote.

The shooter side offers several multiplayer modes beyond the Arena. Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch cover standard combat, Battle Royale handles last player standing, and Control tasks teams with capturing points to build their score. Players fight with jetpacks, vehicles, and ranged weapons.

Arena Duel launched on August 31, 2026 as a 1v1 format with real rewards attached, requiring players to hold at least 1,000 ARTY in an Artyfact wallet to take part. The mode isolates results to two players, removing the variance that comes with larger lobbies.

Around the shooter sits a metaverse split into two area types. Urban spaces host NFT exhibitions and 3D marketplaces where players buy virtual property and attend events. Gaming arenas hold the competitive modes, including battle royale, racing, and adventure formats requiring ARTY or NFT stakes.

AI runs through several layers of the project, covering AI NPCs, AI driven content generation, cheat detection, data analysis, and AI based testing, alongside a player experience modelling system that adapts gameplay to a player's skill level and preferences.

ARTY serves as both the governance token and the in game currency, covering NFT and battle pass purchases, staking rewards, governance voting, and stakes placed in battles. It is listed on OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, MEXC, and Gate.io.

The revenue model is unusual for the category, with half of the profit generated from NFT sales distributed back to players and feeding tournament prize pools rather than staying with the studio.

Artyfact currently sits at rank number 142 on PlayToEarn with a score of 443, up 40.19 percent.

The new ticket price is live now, and the next recommended Arena window opens at 18:00 UTC.
