Legions 2029

“Legions 2029” is a first-of-its-kind free-to-play PC game that mixes the progression elements of iconic RPGs like Diablo and World of Warcraft with the dynamic combat experience of third person hack-and-slash games like God of War. The game is a high fidelity experience developed in Unreal Engine 5. It offers a unique Roguelike gameplay loop where players venture deep into “the Outskirts,” battling formidable enemies, and earning valuable loot. Every run is uniquely challenging with randomly arranged maps, and players can compete for rewards and prestige in the Timed Challenge Mode after completing the Campaign Mode. Additionally, Legions 2029 features a dynamic open player economy, allowing gamers to have full control of their in-game progress and items.

Legions 2029 features a fully blockchain enabled gaming experience where players have the option to mint their in-game items as NFTs and have various aspects of their progress stored in the NFT metadata. For example, as players level up their Biosynths (avatars), the Biosynth’s level is stored in the NFT metadata as well as other stats like the Biosynth’s luck which affects its ability to find rare items. In-game items such as weapons, system components, resources, and aesthetics can also be minted as NFTs from within the game and freely traded on third-party NFT marketplaces to provide a truly open player economy where players own their items and progress.
