Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PlayToEarn Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202131996N), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 1 North Bridge Road, #B1-35 High Street Centre, Singapore 179094 ("PlayToEarn", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use the websites, applications, and services we operate (together, the "Platform").
This policy covers our website and any official PlayToEarn mobile or desktop applications. If you interact with us on third-party social media platforms, those platforms have their own privacy practices that we do not control. Market, token, and NFT data that we display from third-party sources is information about assets and projects, not personal data about you, and is addressed in our Terms of Service rather than here.
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Where users in other regions are concerned, we aim to follow good data-protection practice.
This policy is written in good faith and in plain language. It is not legal advice.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
PlayToEarn Pte. Ltd. is the party responsible for personal data collected through the Platform. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, including to reach our data-protection contact, email [email protected] or write to the registered address above.
2. Who the Platform is for
The Platform is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age, and by using the Platform you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will deactivate the relevant account and take reasonable steps to delete that data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us using the details below.
3. What personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Platform and its features. Depending on how you use it, this may include:
Account data. If you register with email, we collect your email address and a password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in with a social login, we may receive limited profile information from that provider (such as your name, email, or profile identifier), depending on that provider's settings.
Wallet data. If you sign in with a crypto wallet, or use a feature that involves a wallet (such as claiming a reward or airdrop), we collect your public wallet address. We never collect or store your private keys or seed phrase, and we never take custody of your wallet.
Usage, device, and analytics data. When you use the Platform, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction data. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
Cookies and similar technologies. We set cookies and use similar technologies on the Platform (see Section 8).
Content you submit. Information in listings, comments, reviews, rewards-task submissions, job posts, advertisements, award votes, and messages, along with anything you choose to include in them.
Reward and prize data. If you win or claim a reward, award, or airdrop, we may collect the details needed to deliver it, typically an email address and/or wallet address.
Payment data. We do not collect or store full payment-card details. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (see Section 6), which process your payment information under their own privacy terms. We may receive limited confirmation information, such as that a payment succeeded.
We do not carry out or store KYC identity verification.
4. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- create and manage your account and log you in;
- provide the Platform and its features, including listings, rankings, rewards, awards, airdrops, memberships, the jobs board, and the advertising centre;
- deliver rewards, award prizes, and airdrop prizes you are entitled to;
- process paid products through our payment providers;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform, including analytics and debugging;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, bots, manipulation of our rankings, awards, or rewards, and security incidents;
- communicate with you about your account, transactions, and service matters, and, where permitted, about updates and offers you can opt out of;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Under the PDPA, we collect, use, and disclose personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and for which you have given (or are deemed to have given) consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, understand how the Platform is used, and improve it. This includes analytics provided by Google Analytics, and technologies provided through our infrastructure and security provider, Cloudflare.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Platform work. Where required, we will present cookie choices through a consent tool on the Platform.
6. When we share personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Platform:
Service providers ("data intermediaries"). We use trusted third parties to process data on our behalf, including:
- Cloudflare, hosting, content delivery, and security;
- Google Analytics, usage analytics;
- Stripe and other payment providers (including bank-transfer and cryptocurrency payment processors such as CoinPayments), payment processing;
- providers who help us deliver rewards, awards, and airdrops.
These providers may process data outside Singapore.
Reward, award, and airdrop delivery. Where a reward, award prize, or airdrop is provided by a third party (for example, a sponsor or a third-party campaign tool), we may share the limited details needed to deliver it to you, typically your email address and/or wallet address. That third party then handles your data under its own terms, and delivery is its responsibility.
Legal and protective disclosures. We may disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
7. International data transfers
Some of the third-party service providers we use may store or process personal data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps intended to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
8. How we protect personal data
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, alteration, or loss, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any connected wallet secure.
9. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it. Note that information recorded on a public blockchain (such as transactions involving your wallet address) is outside our control and cannot be deleted by us.
10. Your rights
Subject to the PDPA and applicable law, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and ask how it has been used or disclosed;
- Correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, on reasonable notice (this may mean we can no longer provide some features);
- Ask us to delete personal data, where we are not required to keep it.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
11. Third-party sites and services
The Platform links to third-party websites, games, tools, and services with their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Please review their privacy policies before providing them with personal data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
