InfiniGods, a web3 mobile gaming studio backed by Pantera Capital, has announced a new NFT collection for its free to play gaming universe: God Vaults.
God Vaults represent god-tier artifacts in the InfiniGods universe that holders will be able to stake to earn $GOD tokens by getting exclusive access to the Valhalla Staking platform while unlocking a variety of other benefits yet to be revealed. The staking platform will use a gamified leveling system to let NFT stakers boost their earnings, with those who keep staking for the long-term potentially getting some surprise bonuses. This reward pool for the platform will be exclusive to holders of these upcoming ERC-721 NFTs, which form the 3rd collection in this blockchain-powered franchise. That being said, there will be no public token sale or launchpad for the $GOD token, giving holders of God Vaults significant advantage in getting access to the token, according to this developer-sponsored post. The other two premium collections that are already live include the InfiniPass and Elder Gods collections, both of which may be important to getting a whitelist spot for the upcoming mint.
You can try your luck at winning a spot on the whitelist by heading to the Premint page linked in this announcement. The Gods Vault collection will launch via the Ethereum network exclusively on Magic Eden, and getting in on this whitelist will be the only way to take part in this upcoming mint that is planned to take place at some point during Q4 2024. Aside from this info, there are no other specific details available at the time of writing, with the total supply, price, and mint date to be announced later on. Looking at the short video embedded in the Twitter announcement though, there is a countdown timer in the top left corner that may be hinting at a potential start date. If that's the case, then we could see minting start in about 30 days, so at some point in November.
Aside from joining the Premint raffle, you might have a chance of getting whitelisted in multiple other different ways as well. These include holding NFTs such as Elder Gods and/or the InfiniPass, participating in official and partnered giveaways, playing the team’s mobile strategy game King of Destiny, creating content about their game and web3 universe, climbing the Engage leaderboard in their Discord server, and completing various missions on the ‘Road to Valhalla’ dashboard from the Valhalla Foundation, a $GOD-powered questing platform for which InfiniGods is a launch partner.
Specific details on how playing King of Destiny could land you a whitelist spot will be given in the future. As for the social missions, you can start right away by connecting your Twitter/X account on the official website of the Valhalla Missions platform to start earning Thunder from completing missions. One of the missions also includes downloading and playing King of Destiny, while the rest are in general related to following, liking, tweeting, and retweeting posts. Collecting Thunder will let you potentially earn $GOD rewards in the future, and you’ll want to try and rank as high up the leaderboard as you can for a bigger chance of winning a whitelist spot for the new NFT. You can complete one-time seasonal missions as well as limited-time special missions that pop up throughout a season. Refer friends so you both get 3000 Thunder each, with a limit of 50 referrals currently in place. If you want to get bonus multipliers, then you’ll want to hold an InfiniGods or partner NFT. Holders can also instantly claim bonus Thunder when connecting a wallet with eligible NFTs. If you own multiple qualifying NFTs, then good for you, as you’ll get bonus Thunder for each eligible asset without any limit. The platform is home to more than 100 partnerships, with a September 25th thread welcoming 12 new partners onboard, including third-person action game Shadow War, online party shooter RoboKiden, strategy card game Legend of Arcadia, AAA-backed gaming blockchain Uprising L2, and more.
You can find the two existing InfiniGods NFT collections on OpenSea and Blur, with both residing on Ethereum. The current lowest floor price for an InfiniPass is on Blur for 0.2349 $ETH, while the floor price for an Elder God is 0.135 $ETH on both marketplaces at the time of writing.
