Stella Fantasy will be available on Steam following a stellar grand launch

Blockchain game developer Ring Games is planning to release its Web3 RPG Stella Fantasy on Steam, the world's largest gaming platform. The announcement was made this week at the 3XP Web3 Gaming Expo, following the title's debut in April. 

Ring Games has also unveiled plans to launch a mobile version of Stella Fantasy this year to expand the game's accessibility. While there are no specific dates, excitement is growing among gamers and blockchain enthusiasts alike. 

"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share the upcoming major roadmap of Stella Fantasy at this important event. Moving forward, we will continue to focus on content enhancement and invest more effort in expanding and stably operating the ecosystem of Stella Fantasy," said Jooho Yun, CEO of Ring Games, while sharing Stella Fantasy's roadmap at 3XP. 

Stella Fantasy is an anime action RPG known for its 3D gameplay and AAA graphics created with Unreal Engine 4. Since its global launch in April, the game has earned widespread acclaim, with over 95% D+1 retention for NFT holders and 80% for regular players.

Ring Games predicts that the number of Daily Active Users (DAU) will grow at a faster rate once Stella Fantasy is released on Steam and reaches global players worldwide. When the mobile version hits the scene, it will help attract mainstream gamers to experience the blockchain title through an innovative approach known as Web2.5. Gamers will be able to play and earn even if they have no prior knowledge of blockchain tech.

In the world of Stella Fantasy, users will take on the role of an adventurer to conquer the Abyss Rift dungeon for exclusive rewards. Each player will start with 3 basic characters and form a combat party to clear multiple stages. As they play, users may obtain more powerful characters from the Abyss Rifts or purchase them from the in-game shop or NFT marketplace. 

The game employs a dual-token model, with Manaring as an in-game currency and SFTY as a governance token. Manarings are obtained by completing daily quests and clearing Abyss Rifts, while SFTY is obtained by taking part in weekly SFTY Abyss Rifts, seasonal boss raids, and asynchronous PvP. Players can strengthen their gear and characters using these tokens and mint their game assets as NFTs. 

As of writing, Stella Fantasy is available for download on PC. Players only need to create an account on the official marketplace before installing the game launcher.
