A demo of 0xLegends, a strategic Web3 mobile title formerly known as The Three Kingdoms, is now officially playable.

Everyone who is interested in trying it out can head on to the official website and click the green PLAY button. The can be accessed using the link found in the tweet from the game’s Twitter down below. This demo is playable on PC via browser, and while you can open it on your mobile device, it may not end up displaying properly. No wallet connection is required to play.

According to the announcement, this demo lets us get s “brief idea” of the blockchain title. The demo lets us play the full tutorial battle stage while giving us a glimpse at various other features, such as deck-planning. The team has also clarified that all assets seen in this version of the game are only used for this demo.

0xLegend is described by the developers as being similar to an arcade game called Sangokushi Taisen. The goal of this tactical title is to use your deck of Hero Cards to attack the opponent’s castles, placing the cards that will turn into characters automatically marching their way towards the enemy’s troops. It’s possible to select heroes and order them to move somewhere as well as tell them which enemy hero to attack specifically. There are 3 different types of Heroes, creating a rock-paper-scissors system where one type beats the other.
