Play to Airdrop in Forgotten Runiverse’s Dungeon Run Event

Free to play fantasy MMORPG Forgotten Runiverse has launched the Dungeon Run event, during which players can earn NFT prizes and play to airdrop up to 250 million Quanta until May 1st.

What Is Forgotten Runiverse’s Dungeon Run Event?

Dungeon Run is a new limited-time event in Forgotten Runiverse during which players are challenged with completing all dungeons to win a guaranteed Quanta airdrop and potentially other rewards such as the premium currency Mana, Homestead Land NFT, and Settlement Land NFT.

Every day, from April 24th to May 1st, players can attempt to complete dungeon runs in order to earn entries that give participants a chance of winning giveaway prizes. You get 1 entry for each dungeon you complete, so the more entries you manage to collect, the better your chances could possibly be at earning daily and weekly rewards, but also the Grand Prize. There are no limits to the number of entries you can collect. A dungeon needs to be fully completed in order to receive an entry, so if you fail to successfully make your way through the entire dungeon, you won’t get any entry. Specifically, your entries could help you win the following:

• 5 Daily Winners: Homestead Land NFT
• 3 Weekly Winners: Settlement Land NFT
• 1 Grand Prize Winner: Settlement Land NFT + 100,000 Mana

If you however end up completing all 5 dungeons during this event, then you could win the guaranteed bonus airdrop of 200 million Quanta, which is airdropped to your wallet before the upcoming Pixels Event, where you will be able to claim $PIXEL tokens using Quanta. If you’re a new player who completes “The Gathering Tree” quest, then you also unlock an additional 50 million Quanta airdrop, plus an entry for the previously mentioned Grand Prize.

Complete all dungeons before the event is over to secure your airdrop rewards, with Quanta planned to be distributed at the end of this reward-packed event.

How to Participate in Forgotten Runiverse’s Dungeon Run Event

Anyone can participate in Forgotten Runiverse’s Dungeon Run event for free by accessing the browser-based title through the link found in the official announcement.

The game requires creating an account the traditional web2 email way. According to the terms and conditions, this event is only available for individuals who are at least 18 years old, and you will need to connect your Ronin wallet in order to be eligible to receive NFT rewards.

As a new player, once you’re done with the tutorial, you will want to complete “The Gathering Tree” quest to get the bonus reward of 50 million Quanta plus an entry for the Grand Prize. After that you’ll want to level up your way through the 2D game to try and take on the event’s dungeons in old-school turn-based gameplay for a chance at winning more entries and Quanta. You get 1 entry for daily and weekly NFT giveaway rewards every time you successfully complete an entire dungeon, and if you manage to beat all 5 dungeons, you then also secure a guaranteed airdrop of 200 million Quanta.

What Is the Pixels Event?

The Pixels Event is designed to give Forgotten Runiverse players more ways to use and earn the in-game currency called Quanta.

Among the use cases for Quanta will include the ability to convert the airdrop you earn from the ongoing event into $PIXEL tokens. Players will also have a chance of earning more Quanta by doing daily quests and by progressing your way through the game’s main questline. Thanks to a big upgrade for Land Management UI, players will be able to share Land Quanta earnings with their guild, as well as with anyone helping build their Land. Landowners will be able to set custom reward splits, so if you don’t own any Land but would like to earn more Quanta, doing activities such as gathering resources on player-owned Land will be another way for you to earn the in-game currency.

No starting date for the Pixels Event is available at the time of writing, but an announcement is planned to take place soon, likely after the Dungeon Run event is over.
