Champions Arena has officially launched its May Mayhem event in conjunction with Gala Games' annual celebration. Every May, all Gala projects will host competitions, giveaways, and events. This year, Champions Arena joins the party with exciting prizes like NFT-ready Champions, legendary equipment, minting scrolls, and more.

Players can earn Mayhem Coins by joining and winning Arena battles, completing daily quests, exploring Mayhem, mining, summoning heroes, and winning battles in Tower of Trial. Mayhem Coins can be exchanged for rewards such as NFT-ready Champions, legendary equipment, summon tickets, and Champion XP. The event started on May 6th and will run for 23 days. Players will receive 1,000 Mayhem Coins per day and can acquire more coins using Paid Gems. 

What is Champions Arena?

Developed by South Korean studio ONEUNIVERSE, Champions Arena is a free-to-play, turn-based RPG on Gala Games. Available on Android, iOS, and Windows PC, this fantasy blockchain game combines card-based gameplay, gacha features, and NFTs.

In Champions Arena, players can collect over 100 unique NFT Champions and in-game assets. They can summon rare heroes and send them on missions or directly control them in real-time battles. Non-NFT Champions (four per player) are given for free to start the PvE Campaigns before moving on to PvP Arena or Mayhem.

Nexus NFT System

The Mayhem event is free to join. But if you want to stand a better chance of winning Arena battles, you can always rent a more powerful NFT Champion from Nexus. Each player can rent one Champion for an hour per day, and earn Victory Points (VP) for each battle won. VPs will be converted into $GALA by the end of the day.
