Free-to-play team-based shooter BADMAD ROBOTS has officially been listed on Steam, with the developers revealing that the first beta test of the multiplayer title is set to take place on Valve’s platform.

The listing on PC’s most popular storefront represents another new milestone for developer Acid Rainbow, with the news coming shortly after getting listed on the Epic Games Store. By listing ahead of the game’s launch on both platforms, the developers are able to have a better chance at gaining a significant amount of visibility from a wider Web2 gaming audience. As is the nature of these platforms however, which harbor a large amount of varied games, anyone interested in playing this upcoming third-person shooter will want to wishlist it in order to for the game to have a better chance at becoming visible to a larger number of Steam users.

When Is the Beta Test?

According to the official website, the game is set to launch in beta in Q2 2024 for Windows PCs only. You can sign up for the playtest by inputting your name, email and optionally Steam ID on the game’s website.
