The developers of Faraland, a multiplayer NFT RPG game on the BNB Chain, have announced that registrations for Purgatory League Season 4 are now officially open, free for anyone to hop in.

Unlike previous seasons that required the ownership of one of the game’s NFTs, this 4th season includes a free NFT version, making it possible for both NFT and non-NFT owners to participate, thus giving new players and those who do not own an NFT a chance to play in this tournament by gaining access to a free account featuring 5 non-NFT Heroes to play with. These free non-NFT accounts will end up expiring in 14 days.

Starting from today, February 27th, you have time until March 5th to sign up for this community tournament by using one of the application forms linked in the official announcement tweet down below.

The tournament is limited to 28 players, spread across 4 different groups: A, B, C and S, with group C reserved for non-NFT players. In the regulations document linked in the tweet above, the team has stated that those who sign up earliest will be the ones they’ll prioritize. However, if you don’t end up getting picked but still have registered for this tournament, you will be prioritized for the competition hosted after this one.

Once registration has ended, a Bracket+ Waitlist announcement will take place on March 6th, followed by battles in Group S and C on March 7th, and battles in the other two groups on March 8th. The winners will then be announced on March 9th, while rewards will be distributed a day later, on March 10th. There are rewards in every group, with the quantity varying from one group to the next. Rewards include the game’s token, $FARA, as well as Soul Stone, Common Material and Rare Material.
