Aurory, the developers of free-to-play JRPG Seekers of Tokane, which got a new rogue-lite mode in the Citrine update last month, have officially announced the launch of an exclusive event for Aurorian holders, alongside a loyalty program in partnership with Metaplex.

Event Details & Loyalty Program

This is a two-week event and loyalty program which started on June 6th and in which owners get to send their Aurorians to limited-time expeditions for a chance at earning $AURY tokens, unique collectibles, Prime Eggs, tradable backgrounds and raffle tickets through which more $AURY and $MPLX can be earned. The total raffle prize pool is said to consist of 23,000 $AURY and 71,000 $MPLX.

On the day the event started, the developers started loyalty tracking with the new program. Holders sync their Aurorians to start having their loyalty increase by climbing through 4 different tiers: Pathfinder, Keeper, Guardian and Vanguard. Getting to Pathfinder requires being synched for at least 1 week, while Keeper is for those synced for 1 month, Guardian 3 months, and Vanguard 6 months.

What’s the difference between these tiers? Well, the higher tier you are, the higher percentage of rewards you can get from periodic reward events that distribute from the program’s total prize pool of $70k+ worth of $AURY and $MPLX tokens.

Aurorian Revamp

The new event and loyalty program are being made in celebration of the upcoming Aurorians Reforged, a massive revamp and art upgrade of the Solana-based collection that released back in 2021. According to a recent video from their new partner Tensor shared by Aurory, the art has taken over 6 months to complete, and the overhaul brings with it new holder perks such as raffles, exclusive expeditions featuring rare rewards, trait customization, a collection score and more, with existing owners set to have the option to upgrade their artwork for free. Holders will also get access to DNFs (Dynamic  NFT Fields) to enable customizable backgrounds and more. Owners can already get a 10% Aurory rewards boost through a playable chapter.
