Reign Alter World is a free-to-play, play-to-earn MMORPG with a focus on a sustainable in-game economy and political system. Players mine resources, taxed by governors and mayors, and can convert these resources into in-game tokens. Players earn wages from governors and mayors, also convertible to tokens. A region investment system helps other players and generates income for governors and investors.

Players can choose to be a survivalist, fighting for survival in a post-apocalyptic world, or a governor, ruling a territory with advisors and mayors. Both paths offer opportunities to earn tokens and influence the game world.
