Gaming metaverse Wilder World has published their latest ecosystem update, revealing various plans for their upcoming Super Early Access (SEA) launch.
What Are Wilder World’s Launch Plans for Super Early Access?
Super Early Access is planned to officially launch late next month, opening up Wilder World to the wider gaming audience as a free to play title that anyone can download and enjoy on the Epic Games Store. Any NDAs currently present will then be dropped and streaming will be open to anyone wanting to showcase this cyberpunk world. According to the update post, around 25% of invited players are actively playing every day, even though there aren’t rewards to play for. The positive early retention is said to be the “foundation of a fiercely loyal community,” one that will certainly be important to helping onboard and keep new players from web2 and web3 spaces engaged in this metaverse.
The SEA phase will consist of three different phases. For the first phase, which runs during Q3 2025 under the name Rebellion, is set to consist of arena modes, a gear economy, and a TPS/FPS shooter. In the quarter that follows, we can look forward to the second phase, Wilder Wheels, with the Q4 period planned to deliver the parts economy, remastered wheels, and next-gen racing physics. During 2026, the game will roll on to the third phase, Open World, which is where we will get the ability to fully explore Wiami city while enjoying building and mining mechanics.
Next to this 3-phase rollout plan for the early public version, you can also expect all game modes to exist within the open world of Wiami, and you can look forward to the city getting expanded with monthly releases that bring various new content. At some point later this year, the team will introduce the Market, Garage, and Avatars to unlock in-depth on-chain customization systems and enable trading for assets such as characters, weapons, vehicles, and more, with a 2.5% marketplace fee in place for every item traded.
When it comes to $WILD token utility, the game’s digital economy and staking program Metropolis will power utility and bring value generated from the metaverse’s economy back to token holders. It will be possible for players to buy skins and in-world items using fiat or crypto in a number of different currencies, but all this revenue will automatically purchase $WILD tokens on the market. Tokens auto-bought this way are burned from the total token supply to create a deflationary effect.
“As Wilder World scales, we envision billions of virtual assets created onchain across ecosystems, providing utility directly in-game within a unified economy.”
Major partnerships with “some of the world’s best brands” are planned to be announced soon, displaying how businesses and creators can increase growth and expand their audiences by leveraging the metaverse and creating virtual blockchain gaming experiences. The developers aim to make the creator economy a crucial aspect, “the cornerstone of Wilder World’s economic engine.”
What’s Coming to Wilder World After SEA Launch?
Accompanying Wilder World’s SEA launch will be weekly Pack drops starting in late July. New Packs will be released every week and serve as the primary revenue mechanism and game sink. Packs are also released seasonally under Eras that define “complete product lines,” making the theme of a Pack’s contents varied from one season to the next. Each Era will last one year, while seasons will be a quarter long.
You can expect 3 limited edition game items to be included in each Pack. The items will come from various industries, including weapons, clothing, vehicles, and gear. While half of newly released items will be possible to buy through weekly auctions, the rest will have a chance of being dropped by grinding in-game. All these items inside Packs are fully on chain and tradable as game-ready NFTs. When an Era is over, items found during that Era will never be re-released to “preserve long-term rarity.” That being said, item supply will be limited but increase for every new season in line with demand and the number of new players joining in. These items are said to be crafted using resources mined from Wilder Land NFTs in order to ensure “managed inflation” while creating “a unique digital supply chain.”
While this metaverse will be free to play, there are plans to launch a $10 monthly subscription for anyone that would like to “actively participate in the onchain rewards community.” This means that by paying the subscription, you will be able to earn real assets in-game while the model itself will possibly decrease the occurrence of large-scale farming and bot attacks.
Following the Epic Games Store launch, the next goal will be to bring the game to Steam and Nvidia GeForce Now at some point next year, with the team also said to be in talks with “major players” to bring the metaverse to consoles as well.

Plans for the MEOW Token, ZERO, and Z Chain
Memecoin MEOW is set to be deeply integrated into Wilder World and ZERO in order to allow the team to experiment “without being bound to a single ecosystem.” You can expect this token to organically go live across 9 chains, with the token already live on the first one, Avalanche.
Metaverse technology and P2P social network platform ZERO is transforming into a standalone product rather than solely being a core infrastructure, protocol and social layer of Wilder World. The official launch is planned to take place during Q3 and will bring with it a number of new features that include ZERO Pro, on-chain rewards, self-custody wallets, social and creator tokens, secure audio calling, and the decentralized ZODE network.
After undergoing 8 testnets, the Z Chain mainnet is now live thanks to close collaboration with Polygon, AggLayer, and Gateway teams. As a result, ZERO and Wilder World will be getting account abstraction soon once the final stages of testing are complete, after which the developers will be able to “incrementally bring all areas of each product onchain.” The team is aiming to bring stats from the game such as kills, deaths, assists, headshots, and XP, over to the Z Chain as soulbound ERC20 tokens. Next to on-chain stats, consumables are also planned to be brought to the blockchain as well to further drive network activity, and this doesn’t stop here either. You can also expect to see ammo, grenades, and health packs exist in the form of ERC1155 tokens that players can exchange and burn. All of this fulfills the team’s vision of bringing the metaverse “maximally onchain,” all of which is made possible thanks to Z Chain now actually being live on mainnet.
