Matrix World, a 3D multichain metaverse, is looking to launch a beta version of its virtual realm – Pioneer Build – for landowners.
According to the statement, the release will happen on June 25th, welcoming the first batch of Matrix players. Users can choose one of the two avatars and explore 3 key landmarks, each with its own immersive experience.
The Flow Headquarters is the first on the list, gleaming with its distinctive Flow green that represents the team's architectural prowess. After that, players will come across the Landing Scene, the grand entrance to the Matrix World. The Neighborhood will offer an immersive experience with sample buildings and skyscrapers set within a 10x10 plot of land. For now, all structures are only meant to showcase the potential of Matrix World, so none of them can be accessed internally.
Even so, landowners are encouraged to explore and find any hidden easter eggs. They can do so by transporting to different locations using the map. While navigating the user interface, players might notice some hints about Matrix's in-game resource, Lumens, which will be available at a later date.
Matrix World, in essence, is a programmable 3D metaverse built on the Flow and Ethereum blockchain. It allows users to build 3D structures, host virtual meetings, display digital assets (NFTs), and handle advanced functionality such as creating and hosting Dapps using Matrix's built-in creator services and computational powers. While Pioneer Build is the first step to showcasing the Matrix World, the team will soon introduce 'Castle Build,' a version that comes with unique instance functionality and better playability.
