TRALA has recently announced a partnership with Arbitrum to launch a blockchain-based version of the hit mobile game Game of Dice. Scheduled to debut on the Arbitrum Mainnet, the web3 adaptation will bring real-world asset (RWA) integration, artificial intelligence (AI), and new asset issuance to enhance the strategic gameplay that has attracted over 50 million downloads since the game’s original 2015 release.

Game of Dice, developed by the TRALA team, has generated approximately $60 million in cumulative global revenue, with a strong user base in Korea, Japan, the United States, and Europe. The game's unique mix of strategic dice-based gameplay, real-time player-versus-player (PvP) action, and animated characters has remained popular over the years.

A New Chapter in GameFi with RWA

TRALA’s updated version of Game of Dice will incorporate real-world asset (RWA) mechanics, a relatively untapped area in the blockchain gaming industry. TRALA aims to create a credible on-chain representation of value by utilizing the long-standing success and consistent revenue of the original game.

With the web3 version, TRALA will introduce new blockchain assets derived from the Game of Dice intellectual property. These will include NFTs that represent characters, skills, and items—each embedded with unique gameplay functionalities. The goal is to deepen the personalization of gameplay while offering players asset ownership and trading opportunities. TRALA promises advanced in-game assets and refined NFTs that will add further layers to the player experience.

The collaboration is also expected to benefit the broader ecosystems of both TRALA and Arbitrum. Through joint marketing, ecosystem expansion, and user onboarding campaigns, the teams aim to bring in a wider web3 audience. TRALA has also hinted at online and offline community events, with yet-to-be-announced perks prioritized for TRALA staking holders.

Game Upgrades and Web3 Integration

TRALA has outlined several key features in the upcoming web3 version of Game of Dice. AI agents will allow for scalable NPC challenges and adaptive gameplay. NFTs will be directly tied to character progression, enabling users to enhance skills and unlock exclusive abilities. The new game will also include GameFi reward mechanisms, including staking and token incentives.

The new version will preserve the core features that fans love—such as the adrenaline-filled real-time battles, character-driven storylines, and strategic gameplay twists involving Skill Cards and Relics. TRALA’s goal is to evolve Game of Dice from a popular mobile title into a fully-fledged web3 game with a thriving tokenized economy.

The web3 version of Game of Dice will be onboarded onto the Arbitrum Mainnet, with additional updates and launch timelines expected in the coming weeks. Players and community members are encouraged to stay tuned for more announcements, including asset drops, staking opportunities, and event details.
