The crypto markets continue to run in the green. With sentiment following. The game alphas and updates continue to land and overall it feels like the blockchain space might be turning in a long-term positive direction. And even with the bear market of 2022 we still saw plenty of development. Imagine what kinds of projects a growing market will bring! Let's take a look at how the top games and NFT collections fared this past week.
The Sewer has opened and the Bored Ape empire still dominates the NFT charts, though overall volume in most of the top NFT projects saw a major decrease. Changes in active game player numbers varied quite a bit from game to game, but overall remained steady.
Lunar New Year's events were happening for many games this past week, including Axie. The web3, FPS scene grew a little more crowded as both FORA and Project Red opened up new alphas.
Continuum World prepares to launch their open, First Explorers event, Voxie Tactics continues to weak and add features to their tactical battle game, Mega World opens on the Binance Chain, and the SinVerse staking event reached it's cap almost immediately once it opened!

Splinterlands and Alien Worlds switch spots again at the top of the charts. Planet IX continues to show strong, steady growth with a solid spot in third place. Benji Bananas took a huge hit in active users. Their user activity seems to strongly revolve around their p2e tournaments.
Once again, WAM sees a major spike in their active userbase. Their app has over 500k installations from the Google Play store, so they seem to be doing something right! The mobile gaming segment is huge, and it's not surprising to see more web3 adoption in the mobile space as well as more web3 developers expanding to mobile!

The Bored Ape domination continues! Somewhat surprisingly, the Sewer Passes still stand on top of the trading charts. That should end once the Dooky Dash event is over.
But aside from Otherdeeds, overall, the markets saw a significant decrease in trading activity over the past week. Porsche 911 jumps into the charts, though apparently there was some backlash at the initial price and way the mint was released. Nonetheless, their NFTs are now valued at over twice the mint price, and since Porsche stopped the mint before it was done, they are even rarer than planned! Though you have to expect they'll re-open the mint at some point.
Owners will supposedly get a chance to customize their NFTs and there may be other potential benefits or perks in the future. And with this mint we have yet another well-known, real world company dipping their toes into the world of NFTs! The adoption continues!
