Let’s check out the top 5 NFT beta likely coming in August, in no particular order.
MOOW Beta Launch – MOOW is a move-to-earn game in which users do various sports activities to earn token rewards. It’s currently in alpha phase 2 which launched in Q2 this year, and can be played for free, with the beta version scheduled to launch on Monday, August 7th.
Illuvium Private Beta 3 – The Illuvium team has recently shared an updated roadmap for Q3 and beyond, revealing that they plan to get the 3rd private beta for Overworld and Arena going during this third quarter of the year. Perhaps this means that we might see the beta happen sometime during this month.
Speed Throne – Speed Throne is an NFT racing game that is being developed in Unreal Engine 5. It aims to offer a free-to-play experience, while giving players the option to use optional NFTs from various different blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Cardano. A demo version is currently available, with the game’s whitepaper stating that a beta version is planned for Q3 this year, meaning that there is some chance we see this beta come to fruition at some point in August.
Nitro Nation World Tour Closed Beta – Based on the official website, this Web3 mobile racing game was initially supposed to launch in closed beta in Q2 this year, but plans seem to have changed, with the developers announcing in July that the closed beta is “coming soon,” with no specific timeframe given. Given that they posted this notice last month, it’s reasonable to assume that the closed beta could very well come to light at some point throughout this month.
Eyeball Pool Phase 2 Beta – Eyeball Pool is a crypto version of the popular mobile game, 8 Ball Pool, being made by the same creators who founded a studio called Eyeball Games that has partnered with Immutable. The phase 2 beta will bring multiplayer PvP, weekly prizes, better UI, and more. This phase will be available for holders of the Balldroid All Acces Pass (BAAP) and Balldroid Lifetime Pass (BLP). It’s scheduled to start during Q3, making August a potential candidate. More details can be found here.
