The servers for the soft launch of third-person shooter Bushi are now officially live, allowing anyone to download the game for free on HyperPlay and start playing ahead of an upcoming tournament.
This latest build of the Unreal Engine 5 title is said to feature an “all new look” and gives players 1 week to prepare for an upcoming tournament that is set to include a prize pool worth $25k. The latest version is only available through HyperPlay, a Web3 gaming store, so you’ll have to download the launcher for that first.
To play this version, you will need a Windows PC that meets the following recommended requirements: an Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 CPU, 4 GB RAM, a GTX 970 / RX 480 GPU, and about 10 GB of storage space for download, with the install size ending up at around 18 GB.
Bushi is a competitive third-person Web3 shooter which initially launched on the Sui Network in June last year. The development team, Onenet, has been progressing through a 3-phase alpha since, and it has now reached the final phase of alpha with this soft launch. Last month, the free-to-play title launched on GamerBase with exclusive rewards, while a specific timeframe on a full release does not seem to be available at the time of writing.
