Nimblebites has announced October 30 as the starting date for Community Playtest #7 of Super-B, giving web3 gamers another opportunity to play to earn USDC and a token airdrop through skill-based gameplay.
What Is Super-B?
Super-B is an upcoming free to play social web3 gaming platform that lets players build customizable 3D metaverse spaces and earn token rewards by participating in a range of action-focused multiplayer game modes. Players can also engage in social activities, explore user-generated worlds, and take part in community-driven events.
In terms of web3 integration, the game features a dual-token economy centered around $SuperBit and $BITE. Players can earn $SuperBit, a non-tradable in-game currency, through skill-based gameplay and use it for predictions, in-game purchases, and entry into AI-powered tournaments. $SuperBit will also be exchangeable for $BITE, the platform’s upcoming tradable ecosystem token, through a dynamic rate system.
$BITE will have a total supply of 1 billion tokens and serve as the foundation of the Super-B economy. Planned utilities include staking, governance participation, and the purchase of NFTs such as AI agents. The token supply will follow a deflationary model that includes staking incentives and token burns, potentially funded through swap fees between $SuperBit and $BITE.
So far, the development team has conducted several community playtests and closed beta sessions, where participants could earn USDT, USDC, and NSB tokens. NSB is a soulbound token with a capped supply of 30 million until the TGE for $BITE occurs. It serves as an airdrop point system that will later convert to $BITE at a set conversion rate. Players have earned these rewards through leaderboard competitions and daily check-in events during playtests. Earlier this month, there was a Steam Next Fest Playtest with token airdrop rewards, while last month the studio gave the web3 gaming community the chance to play and earn more USDC and NSB in the Super-B KBW 2025 Playtest.
According to the roadmap in the official documentation, the $BITE TGE is expected to occur in Q4 2025, though no specific date has been provided yet. As for the game itself, the complete version is scheduled to launch in the same quarter as a free to play MMO on the Epic Games Store, offering over a dozen game modes at launch, with more to be added in future updates.
After hosting Community Playtest 6 back in June this year, the developers are now back with this series of smaller test sessions. Let’s see what they have in store this time around!

What’s New in Super-B’s Community Playtest 7?
Super-B’s 7th Community Playtest will take place on October 30 and run for 24 hours from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC. The event features a total prize pool of 500 USDC and 5000 NSB, giving players multiple ways to compete and earn rewards through ranked gameplay.
This latest test introduces several new gameplay updates, including a new game mode and a durability system for all equippable items. Initially unrevealed, we now know that the new game mode is called Random Weapon Challenge. Details were not provided at the time of writing, but I'm assuming this will either be the classic Gun Game mode or a mode in which you simply get a different weapon on every respawn. As for the durability system, each item now has a durability percentage that affects its GP (Game Points) multiplier. Items at full durability (100–75%) retain their full GP multiplier, while durability loss gradually reduces multiplier effectiveness, dropping as low as 0% when fully depleted. Item durability decreases only during ranked matches, not during normal games.
Players can monitor total durability reductions from the lobby and repair items directly from their inventory. The system allows full repairs of all equipped items or individual item repairs, ensuring players can manage performance before entering matches.
Early access for the playtest begins on October 27 at 08:00 UTC, during which players can explore features such as character customization, My Home decoration, and normal mode gameplay. The ranked mode will open on October 30, giving players one full day to climb the leaderboard for rewards.
Leaderboard rewards are divided into GP and RP (Rank Points) categories, with payouts ranging from the top 50 in each. The highest-ranked players can earn up to 60 USDC and 650 NSB, while lower placements receive smaller NSB rewards.
Players automatically qualify for rewards simply by participating in the event for free, after which you simply have to rank your way up to the eligible spots. Here’s how to get started.
How to Play and Earn in Super-B’s Community Playtest 7
To join the playtest, players only need to download and log in to Super-B during the event period and participate in either Normal or Ranked matches to play and earn two types of in-game points used to rank up across 2 leaderboards that both award USDC and a soulbound token that is used to determine airdrop allocation of the upcoming $BITE token. Players will likely have to download the web3 title through the Epic Games Store.
Normal games allow players to freely select their preferred game modes, test new features, and enjoy casual third-person gameplay. These matches do not affect leaderboard positions or item durability.
Ranked games, on the other hand, are where players can earn Rank Points (RP) and Game Points (GP) that count toward leaderboard standings. The key difference between these two types of points is that GP is awarded based on the match result and your ranking in that game, while RP distribution depends on your in-game performance, so stats such as kills and assists influence how much RP you earn. Durability of equipped items decreases after every ranked match, encouraging strategic management and repairs between games.
Item durability directly impacts the GP multiplier, so keeping equipment in good condition is essential for maintaining high scores. Players can use the repair system in their inventory to restore item durability.
The top players on the GP and RP leaderboards will share the total 500 USDC and 5,000 NSB prize pool. The event’s design rewards both competitive and casual participation, allowing all players who take part to earn at least some in-game rewards. For the crypto rewards though, here is the exact reward distribution for the GP-based leaderboard:
| GP (Game Points) | ||
| Rank | USDC | NSB |
| 1 | $60 | 650 |
| 2 | $40 | 400 |
| 3 | $30 | 250 |
| 4 | $25 | 200 |
| 5 | $20 | 160 |
| 6 | $15 | 120 |
| 7 | $13 | 100 |
| 8–10 | $10 | 80 |
| 11–15 | $10 | 60 |
| 16–25 | $5 | 40 |
| 26–50 | $0 | 500 |
Reward distribution for RP accumulation looks as follows:
| RP (Rank Points) | ||
| Rank | USDC | NSB |
| 1 | $30 | 320 |
| 2 | $20 | 200 |
| 3 | $15 | 150 |
| 4 | $13 | 100 |
| 5 | $10 | 80 |
| 6 | $8 | 60 |
| 7 | $6 | 50 |
| 8–10 | $5 | 40 |
| 11–15 | $4 | 30 |
| 16–25 | $3 | 20 |
| 26–50 | $0 | 250 |
