Trading card game Splinterlands has got a new weekly challenge for its community to participate in: Battle Mage Secrets.

What Is Battle Mage Secrets?

Battle Mage Secrets is a new weekly challenge that puts players of all experience levels to the test by using a variety of different units to form winning strategies around a specific ruleset, encouraging the community to share video footage based on the challenge’s ruleset for a chance at earning rewards.

Ruleset

For this week’s challenge, the ruleset is Even Stevens. This means that players can only use units whose mana cost is an even number. For summoners however, this rule does not apply.

The goal is to create a video based on this ruleset that you will then share on decentralized social media PeakD while tagging your post with #splinterlands and #play2earn in order for it to count as an eligible submission. According to the announcement, the submission deadline is 2 days before payout (Monday, 12 PM CDT), so that curatos have time to manually review each entry before the next challenge starts.

Rewards

Each entry submitted according to the rules will receive upvotes from the @steemmonsters account on the decentralized platform, with posts limited to a total of 2 upvotes per week, per user. Multiple entries seem to be possible, with each player limited to 2 posts per week.
