Sorare Football has rolled out several key updates aimed at enriching the player experience. These enhancements focus on new competition formats and reward systems, ensuring a more engaging experience.
New Competition Formats in Sorare Football
Using insights from the Premier League Winter Competition, Sorare is testing out new formats, such as cash-only prizes and single-league structures. This brings new reward experiences, especially for Managers who finish just outside the top leaderboard positions.

Reward Box Special 270
A key highlight here is the Limited Reward Box Special 270, which runs for four Game Weeks (GWs 433–436). It offers a dynamic reward system that complements the usual card and cash prizes. This system aims to reward a broader range of Managers (top 7,000) with exciting club items and card rewards.

A Better Gaming Experience
The Reward Box Special addresses user feedback by lowering the points threshold for fun rewards. Managers can now win XP and choose which player cards to upgrade. Starting with Limited Cards and Boost items, the range of rewards will soon expand to include unique club items and real-world prizes.
Streamlined Competition Bonuses
In response to user requests, Sorare is streamlining the competition rules. Starting Game Week 435 (December 26th), all card bonuses will be standardized, including season, XP, collection, and scarcity bonuses. This simplifies strategy planning and enhances the overall gameplay.
Future Competitions and Updates
Thanks to positive feedback, the Super Cap 220 competition will make a comeback on January 12th (GW 441). This comes with added scarcity bonuses for Super Rare and Unique Cards. Details on the prize pool will be announced soon.
In short, Sorare's latest updates signal a commitment to enhancing the gaming experience, making it more enjoyable for its user base. With a focus on feedback and continuous improvement, the team is paving the way for a more immersive fantasy football sim.
