Sorare: Football has recently been given a product roadmap update showing what’s in the works for this May, giving us an idea for what we could potentially expect to see come to light during this month. This update includes info on the Collection Game launch, J league launch, collectible card information verification, Training experience, an improved referral program and coverage of the K League.
The update post states that the team intends to release their new Collection Game on Thursday, May 25th, where players will focus on building collections of licensed clubs, players and leagues. According to the post, it will be possible to “assemble club collections around specific clubs, seasons, and scarcities — such as 2022–23 Napoli Limited Cards or 2018–19 Club Brugge Rare Cards.” There will be a Collection Score for every club-based collection, so you’ll be able to compete against others by building out the collection, thus increasing your score and climbing and Collection Leaderboards.
As for the J League, it just launched this week, making it the 4th season in a row that it’s been a part of this sports fantasy NFT title. All J1 League clubs now have new player cards that you can now purchase from the game’s official marketplace.
The new referral program is already up and running, allowing you to earn better rewards the more friends you invite. In order for a referral to count as valid, they need to get 5 cards from the Primary Market. If they do so you, you both will get a Tier-3 Limited Card. By getting 3 valid referrals, you’ll earn a Tier-2 Limited Card, while 5 referrals net you a Tier-4 Rare Card. With 10 referrals you get a Tier-3 Rare Card; successfully inviting 15 referrals is rewarded with a Tier-4 Super Rare Card, while 30 referrals lets you win a Tier-4 Unique Card.
