The Season 1 launch arrives one week after the completion of a full server migration that moved SolFarmer's entire live economy — player balances, miner inventories, guild treasuries, war histories and on-chain deposit infrastructure — onto a new hardened backend designed to support the platform's next growth phase. Together, the two milestones represent the most significant operational and competitive step in the project's roadmap to date.
Camp PvP Season 1: Format, Rewards and Design
Camp PvP is SolFarmer's dedicated player-versus-player mode, built around the game's farmer-class equipment system, deterministic turn-based combat and on-chain reward settlement. Season 1 introduces a formal league structure for the first time, alongside a season-length cadence that will be repeated every two weeks going forward.
Every eligible player begins Season 1 at 1,000 League Points. Matches are resolved through the game's server-authoritative combat engine using each player's aggregated equipment stats, farmer level and chosen skill loadout. Match outcomes adjust League Points using an Elo-based system, and progression through Bronze, Silver and Gold is determined solely by ladder performance.
The 20 SOL prize pool is allocated as follows:
50% to the Gold League leaderboard
30% to the Silver League leaderboard
20% to the Bronze League leaderboard
At the end of the two-week season, the ladder locks, prize distributions are settled directly in SOL, and a new season begins immediately afterward. Player gear, materials and progression persist between seasons; only League Points reset, ensuring long-term investment in equipment while preserving a level competitive baseline at each restart.
Matchmaking is bracketed within a ±15% power window and enforces a 12-hour cooldown between rematches against the same opponent, a design choice intended to eliminate score-farming and ensure that ranked climbs reflect skill and loadout composition rather than repetition. Each match consumes one Energy, which regenerates at one unit per hour, with optional in-game top-ups available.
Statement on the Significance of Season 1
"Season 1 is the moment SolFarmer becomes a competitive game, not just an economy," said the SolFarmer team in a joint statement issued alongside the launch. "For weeks, our players have been building farmers, forging obsidian gear and stress-testing the combat system. This season gives that work a stage, a prize pool, and a clear two-week rhythm they can plan around. It is the beginning of a permanent competitive calendar which gives at the same time to every new player the chance to win Solana."
Server Migration: A Rebuilt Foundation
The Season 1 launch follows the successful completion of SolFarmer's full server migration, a scheduled maintenance event that transferred the platform's entire production environment to a new backend stack engineered for higher throughput, stricter data integrity guarantees and long-term operational resilience.
During the migration window, user authentication was intentionally disabled to guarantee a consistent snapshot of the live economy. Mining income continued to accrue for all players uninterrupted throughout the maintenance period, and every player balance, miner, equipment item, guild treasury, war record and pending withdrawal was restored from the certified Saturday morning backup taken immediately prior to the migration cut-over. A short post-migration window was subsequently rolled back to preserve competitive fairness across the entire player base.
The rebuilt infrastructure introduces several material improvements:
A hardened server-authoritative architecture in which all economy mutations — SOL, materials, energy and loot — are executed inside atomic, row-locked backend operations, eliminating the class of race conditions that historically enable double-spend and duplication exploits.
A redesigned deposit and withdrawal pipeline with strengthened signature verification, idempotent transaction handling and improved on-chain reconciliation, all published transparently through the platform's public Proof-of-Payouts ledger.
Expanded capacity for concurrent players, guild-war participants and market activity, providing headroom for the next wave of growth without degradation of match responsiveness or economy latency.
An upgraded internal observability layer supporting faster incident response, richer audit trails and continuous integrity checks against the production database.
As part of the migration hand-over, SolFarmer also reopened its ongoing Bug Bounty program, inviting players and independent security researchers to submit findings through the in-game #bug-bounty channel. Verified reports remain eligible for rewards of up to 1 SOL, in line with the platform's public commitment to a transparent, security-first operating posture.
About the SolFarmer Platform
SolFarmer is a free-to-play, browser-based mining simulator that combines the loop familiarity of classic idle economy games with native Solana settlement. Players build and merge miners, manage energy and heat, run expeditions, craft and enchant farmer equipment, participate in guilds, contest Guild Wars, and withdraw earnings directly to any Solana wallet. The platform requires no download, no wallet connection to begin playing, and no KYC for standard payouts.
The launch of Camp PvP Season 1 complements the existing progression systems — Farm, Forge, Research Lab, Lucky Boxes, Mining Pools, Camp Market, Expeditions and Guild Wars — and positions player-versus-player competition as a permanent, recurring pillar of the SolFarmer experience alongside its cooperative and economic layers.
Community Communication and Localization
In line with SolFarmer's multilingual community policy, the Season 1 announcement is being distributed simultaneously across all six official in-game language channels — Global, Russian, Farsi, German, Japanese and Spanish — as well as through the project's Telegram announcement channel. The two-week seasonal cadence is intended to give every regional community equal opportunity to organize, prepare loadouts and compete for placement.
