The Solana Game Pass has returned. Following the launch of Season 0 in April, Solana Gaming has now rolled out Season 1, bringing new quests, game challenges, and a massive $40K prize pool. This time around, players won't need an NFT pass to take part. Instead, they can jump straight into the action by completing quests on Galxe, a new quest partner for the season.

Season 1 Starts With Open Access

During Season 0, players had to mint a free NFT pass via Magic Eden to gain access. This NFT unlocked 4 weeks of gameplay across 30+ Solana games, where players earned raffle tickets through quests to win from a prize pool of over $10,000.

For Season 1, things have changed. There's no need to mint an NFT. Instead, users can head directly to Galxe's Solana Gaming Page and start completing tasks. These weekly missions cover both social and in-game activities, allowing anyone to join the event.

The campaign is now live on Galxe:

Players can earn points through completed tasks, which act as raffle tickets. These go toward the end-of-season draw for a share of the prize pool.

Weekly Missions and Game Competitions

Season 1 introduces weekly content updates. Players will find new quests, new games, and new competitions every week. On top of regular tasks, 1–2 competitions will be hosted weekly. These arenas feature in-game challenges where players can win bonus rewards based on performance.

You can also take part through the Solana Gaming Discord, which includes a Reward Hub built for the community. By staying active and supporting Solana Gaming, you can earn points that can later be exchanged for prizes tied to games across the Solana ecosystem. Some users can earn faster by unlocking multipliers during events or by joining the Solana Gaming Guild. Inside the server, the roles-select channel lets you choose which games you're interested in, giving you access to dedicated channels.

Live Streams and Social Events

Solana Gaming is also using X as a platform for live streams. Each stream comes with USDC or NFT giveaways for viewers. Instructions for joining these giveaways will be shared during the broadcast. These livestreams are an ongoing part of Season 1 and offer more ways for players to win simply by tuning in and engaging.

Game Highlights: Week 1 Features 5 Solana Titles

In the first week of Season 1, 5 different games are featured as part of the weekly mission set. These include a mix of PvP, strategy, and open-world games that reflect the variety within the Solana gaming scene.

Star Atlas
This OG title is a high-fidelity MMO built on Unreal Engine 5. Set in a futuristic space era, the game puts players in the middle of a power struggle between 3 major factions: humans (MUD), aliens (ONI), and androids (Ustur). Star Atlas players influence the story through their actions and can earn rewards by taking part in missions and battles.

PrimeSkill
PrimeSkill introduces a PvP "win-to-earn" model backed by WagerTech. The game encourages players to test their skills in competitive matches. FrontStrike, their upcoming title, is set to drop in 2025.

Cross The Ages
This fantasy-sci-fi universe has two connected games. The TCG is a fast-paced card game focused on territory control, where players earn in-game currency and can mint their cards as NFTs. Arise is a free to play multiplayer action RPG where players explore dungeons, collect weapons, and battle in real time.

Pikamoon Game
Set in the vibrant world of Dreva, Pikamoon is an open-world game where players act as 'The Lost Ones' and tame creatures called Pikamoons. The game includes PvP battles, an evolving story, and Battle Royale modes, all with play to earn mechanics.

Octo Gaming
Octo is a mobile-first app where users play casual games to win both digital and physical rewards. The app supports 1v1 matches with in-game points called Golds. These points can be traded for prizes. A token (OTK) is also in development as a second reward system.
