Weracle, the developers of Slime Miner, have officially unveiled details on the game’s seasonal airdrop model, powered by its recently launched $SLX token, providing the blockchain gaming community with an overview on how players can play to earn in every season.
What Is Slime Miner?
Slime Miner is a web3 idle clicker RPG where players dig deep into colorful underground worlds, mine valuable resources, upgrade mercenaries, and build powerful drilling teams to progress through endless layers of soil and stone. Players can dig manually or let their automated mining team collect minerals while offline, earning Slime Points and other in-game resources that strengthen their setup over time. These Slime Points are at the core of the new airdrop system that defines the entire $SLX reward model.
Created by Weracle, the free to play game serves as the flagship title of the SLIMEX ecosystem and seems to have grown into one of the most active blockchain-based idle RPGs on mobile. Slime Miner released worldwide across Google Play, Apple’s App Store, and Immutable on September 9, 2025, and is supported by LINE, Kaia, and Immutable, giving it a cross-chain presence that spans the LINE Mini App version, a global mobile version for Android and iOS, and a Korea-only server. Combined, these servers have attracted more than 21 million players and have generated roughly 1.5 million dollars in monthly revenue.
How Does Slime Miner's Seasonal Airdrop Model Work?
The $SLX Seasonal Airdrop Model introduces a new way to reward real players for real effort. Instead of relying on random token distributions or referral-based systems, Slime Miner ties its rewards directly to gameplay performance. Every action you take in the game could contribute to your Slime Point total, and your total determines how many tokens you can claim at the end of each season.
Each season represents a complete airdrop cycle. At the end of a season, a snapshot is taken of all player Slime Points. Based on these points, $SLX tokens are distributed proportionally to all eligible players. Afterward, Slime Points reset for the next season, while player progress such as upgrades, mercenaries, and equipment remains intact.
To maintain balance, the airdrop pool follows a halving model. Each new season sees a 50% reduction in the total $SLX allocated for that round on each server. This encourages early participation and consistent engagement while ensuring long-term sustainability of the token supply.
At the time of writing, the App Server’s Season 1 is ongoing, while the LINE Server is preparing for Season 2. Wallet integration for the App Server is coming soon, which will allow players to claim $SLX directly through their connected wallets. Once the snapshot is completed and eligibility verified, tokens become claimable in-game.

What Is $SLX?
$SLX is the core utility token of the SLIMEX ecosystem. It powers both in-game activities and future integrations across all titles under the SLIMEX umbrella. Within Slime Miner, it will serve as the main economic and reward asset for players.
The token has several primary functions related to the in-game economy and ecosystem rewards, while also acting as a cross-game currency.
When it comes to the in-game economy players will use $SLX for premium upgrades, exclusive gear, and participation in special events once these features go live. For ecosystem rewards, $SLX is distributed through seasonal airdrops that reward players based on their Slime Point performance. As SLIMEX expands, $SLX will link multiple games within the growing Slimeverse, acting as a shared cross-game currency that connects all player activity across titles.
$SLX exists on both BNB Chain and Kaia, with the following contract addresses officially verified, per the Medium post linked in the X announcement:
- BSC: 0x8A063A9ff4dE28dcB87117cc759BE6cE70e09F81
- KAIA: 0x32db8748f9b99c6fc2590484f584089955d05c19
While wallet integration for the App Server is not yet active, it is expected to arrive soon. Once implemented, it will allow users to receive airdrops directly in-game based on connected wallet data.
Airdrops are said to currently run on alternating wallet systems. On even-numbered days, Kaia wallets receive their distributions for the LINE Server. On odd-numbered days, BNB wallets receive their share for the App Server. Players who link both wallets can claim the full amount of tokens they are eligible for.
Each day, 2% of the allocated tokens are distributed automatically at 08:00 UTC. This continues until the player’s full seasonal allocation is delivered. Connecting wallets early is important, since unlinked accounts may lose out on rewards.
The App Server in Korea will have its own dedicated airdrop once wallet integration is complete. Players on that server can expect a similar structure to what is currently running on LINE and App Global servers.
Play and Earn in Slime Miner’s Immutable Leaderboard for October
While the airdrop model focuses on seasonal rewards, the game’s leaderboard events offer additional opportunities to earn. Slime Miner is currently running a $10k reward campaign through Immutable Play, where players can complete quests to earn leaderboard points, Gems, and potentially qualify for $SLX rewards.
To join, visit the game’s Immutable Play page and log in using your Immutable Passport. New players can then download the game for free from the Play Store or App Store, or play it directly through the official website as a browser-based LINE Mini App using the Kaia blockchain.
The core gameplay loop has you build a team of slimes, each with unique digging abilities, and equip them with upgraded drill parts that include the Drill, Engine, and Cooler. The goal is to dig deeper, collect rarer minerals, and increase your Slime Point generation rate.
Over 40 different mineral types exist in the game, ranging from basic ores like Coal, Copper, and Iron to rare materials such as Sunstone and Celestial Crystal. Minerals can be sold for gold, which acts as the main upgrade currency for drills, research, and mercenaries. Players can also summon new slime companions using the game’s draw system. Neo Slimes can be summoned for free every 4 hours, while Mercenary Slimes are available every 6 hours. Duplicate slimes can be merged to create higher-tier versions that dig faster and collect more rewards.
Progression continues even while you are offline, allowing you to return and claim accumulated rewards through the Offline Earnings system. As you advance through floors, you increase your Tier, which in turn boosts your Slime Point rate and your in-game bank size.
During October, the Immutable Leaderboard event allows players to complete daily and special quests for points, with the top 3000 scorers earning a share of the 1 million $SLX prize pool. The leaderboard also offers Gems and Keys that can be used to enter weekly draws on the Immutable Play platform, with prizes that include $IMX tokens up for grabs.
This month, Polygon Labs launched its gaming hub on Immutable Play with $100k in rewards, while the Immutable Masters Illuvium Pro League (IPL) also officially kicked off with a $20k prize pool.
