What Is Sleepagotchi?

Sleepagotchi is a wellness-driven web3 ecosystem that merges healthy habits with play to earn mechanics. Its mission is to make self-care enjoyable through gamified sleep tracking, habit building, and casual idle gameplay.

The ecosystem includes 2 main experiences: the full Sleepagotchi mobile app and the lighter, browser-based version known as Sleepagotchi Lite.

The main Sleepagotchi app, available on Android and iOS, helps players improve their sleep routines. By maintaining consistent sleep patterns, users earn in-game rewards that can be spent on upgrading rooms, unlocking new companions, and customizing their virtual environment. The app uses sleep tracking to build streaks and motivate users to rest better while rewarding good habits with game-based incentives.

Sleepagotchi Lite, on the other hand, offers a faster and more accessible entry point through Telegram and LINE. Instead of tracking sleep, players send out Hero Cards to explore constellations and collect resources through idle missions. These activities yield in-game rewards such as Gold and Gacha packs, which help players advance through levels and events. Because it’s browser-based, Sleepagotchi Lite is ideal for quick, casual sessions and play to earn competitions like the current Gold Rush $PIXEL event.

What Is Sleepagotchi Lite’s Gold Rush $PIXEL Event?

The Gold Rush $PIXEL event is a new leaderboard-based competition in Sleepagotchi Lite, available only through the Telegram version of the game. It runs from November 10 to November 17, with a total prize pool of 750k $PIXEL tokens, equivalent to around $10k. The top 1000 Gold collectors during the event period will share the rewards based on their leaderboard position.

The goal is simple: collect as much Gold as possible before the event ends. Gold is earned through regular gameplay, so by completing missions, sending heroes on expeditions, and opening Gacha packs. However, players can boost their total score through multipliers from collectible Darkling Cards and NFTs.

Each player’s score is calculated using the formula:

Score = Gold collected × (1 + Card Bonus + NFT Bonus)

Only Rare, Epic, and Legendary Darkling Cards count toward the multiplier. Their bonuses are as follows:

  • Rare Darkling Card: +1%
  • Epic Darkling Card: +3%
  • Legendary Darkling Card: +10%

For example, if a player collects 50k Gold and owns multiple Darkling Cards and NFTs, the multiplier can significantly raise their score. Suppose that player holds 50 Rare, 10 Epic, and 5 Legendary Cards, along with 5 NFTs (worth a 1.3× bonus). The calculation would be:

50,000 × (1 + 0.50 + 0.30 + 0.50 + 0.3) = 50,000 × 2.6 = 130,000

This example shows how combining Gacha card pulls with NFT ownership can substantially boost rankings.

Players can spend their Gold at any time during the event, but only the total amount earned between November 10 and 17 is counted for the leaderboard. It’s important to note that only Darkling Cards obtained from Gacha packs are eligible. Cards purchased directly from the in-game shop, such as special Legendary or Epic offers, do not count toward the multiplier.

Additionally, the event enforces a strict one-account-per-creator policy. No new alternate accounts can be created after the recent reset to keep the competition fair for all participants. Accounts that existed before the reset are still valid but limited to 1 wallet per creator.

Players can track their rankings in real time using the official leaderboard at pixel.sleepagotchi.com.

Verification of NFT ownership is handled via Telegram groups integrated with Matrica, which allow users to confirm their NFT tier:

How to Play and Earn in Sleepagotchi Lite’s New Gold Rush $PIXEL Event

To participate in the Gold Rush event, players simply need to log into Sleepagotchi Lite via a web browser with their Telegram account to start collecting Gold for free through idle gameplay. The main objective is to earn as much Gold as possible while enhancing your score through Darkling Cards and NFTs.

Gold can be obtained by completing idle missions and challenges using Hero Cards. Each successful expedition rewards players with Gold, which is automatically added to their total. Only Gold earned between November 10 and 17 is counted toward final rankings. You can launch and complete multiple idle missions at the same time if you have spare Hero Cards, as you simply have to wait for the heroes to finish their mission and come back with hopefully positive results.

Darkling Cards are acquired through Gacha packs. The higher the rarity of your cards, the greater your event score multiplier. Because Gacha draws are random, regular participation and multiple spins can make a significant difference.

The top 1000 players at the end of the event will share the 750k $PIXEL token prize pool, with higher ranks earning proportionally more. Specifically, the winner is getting 98,700 $PIXEL tokens, 2nd place snags 65,800 $PIXEL, and 3rd place earns 49,350 $PIXEL tokens, with these numbers said to be valued at $1500, $1000, and $750 respectively.

If you missed out on last month’s Go Green Pixel Event, or the 500k $PIXEL Gold Rush Event from September, then now’s another neat chance play and earn in Sleepagotchi Lite.
