Sleepagotchi Lite players have a new leaderboard event to grind through this week, as the Deep Purple Vol. 2 campaign is now underway. The latest play to earn campaign, run in partnership with the Pixels game, kicked off on September 23 at 4 PM UTC and will run until September 29 at the same time.

With a total prize pool of 500,000 $PIXEL (worth around $15,500 USD at the current rate of $0.031/token), this event marks the next collaboration between the two titles following the earlier Gold Rush event, which ended just over a week ago.

Deep Purple Vol. 2 Offers $15K in Prizes to Top 1,000 Players

In this new campaign, the top 1,000 players will earn a share of the 500,000 $PIXEL prize pot. Rewards will be distributed directly to Ronin wallets, with token values based on real-time market rates. The event is only open to Telegram users. Players using LINE accounts are not eligible.

To take part, players must collect Purple Orbs by sending their Hero cards on Personal Challenges. Each challenge can yield different resource types: Gold, Green Stones, or Purple Stones (Orbs), depending on the task.

Players gain leaderboard points by collecting as many Purple Orbs as possible before the deadline. A key detail to remember: the number of Orbs collected is what matters, not how many are saved. This means you can use your Purple Stones during the event without it affecting your score.

Legendary Cards Add a 10% Boost per Card

Players looking to climb the leaderboard faster can do so by drawing Legendary cards from Sleepagotchi Lite's gacha packs. Every Legendary card earned during the event adds a 10% multiplier to your score.

The math is simple. Your score equals the number of Purple Orbs earned, multiplied by (1 + 0.1 × the number of Legendary cards). So, if you collect 60,000 orbs and have 5 Legendary cards, your final score would be 90,000.

Only cards pulled from gacha packs, whether from the free, shop, or code-based options, count for the bonus. Cards bought directly from the store or special bundle offers don't apply.

It's also worth noting that Legendary cards don't increase the number of Purple Orbs you earn in a challenge. Any card can be used for that. The boost only applies when calculating your score.

Personal Challenges: How to Play the Event

Challenges are the core gameplay mode in Sleepagotchi Lite. These are short missions where players assign Hero cards to gather resources. Each challenge is tied to a type of resource, like Gold, Purple Stones, or Green Stones, and players choose their heroes based on level and eligibility.

Gold is needed for Hero upgrades, Green Stones are for leveling up Heroes, and Purple Stones can be used to play more Challenges. The Deep Purple Vol. 2 event only tracks the Purple Orbs earned from these tasks, so your focus should stay there if you're aiming for the leaderboard.

You can continue spending Purple Orbs freely during the campaign. They do not need to be held in your account to count toward your score. What matters is how many you earned, not what you still have at the end.

Challenges that were started before the event began will count, as long as the Purple Orbs are added to your account during the event period.

Sleepagotchi Lite Access and Eligibility Rules

This event is limited to players using Telegram accounts. Those on LINE are not eligible to compete or earn rewards.

If you're already playing Sleepagotchi Lite (on Telegram), you're automatically entered into the event. No registration is required. But rules about account creation have tightened. While older additional accounts are still allowed, no new alternate accounts can join the event. Only one prize will be paid per user, meaning that rewards go to 1x wallet per account holder.

Previous Gold Rush Event

The Deep Purple Vol. 2 campaign comes soon after the Gold Rush event, which took place earlier this month from September 11 to September 16. That campaign followed a similar structure, asking players to collect Gold Coins to compete for another 500,000 $PIXEL prize pool. At the time, that reward pool was valued at around $17,000 USD.

Like the current event, the Gold Rush also used Hero Cards from gacha packs to provide leaderboard multipliers, rewarding players who played actively during the limited timeframe.

Most of the rewards from Gold Rush have now been sent out, but players who haven't yet received their payout are being asked to re-submit their Ronin wallet. Anyone who submitted a wallet address before September 1 must now resubmit it using the @SG_address_bot on Telegram. It's also important to make sure that your wallet is self-custodial. Exchange wallets are not accepted.

How to Play Sleepagotchi Lite

Sleepagotchi Lite is a mini-game that runs on Telegram and LINE. It acts as a lightweight preview of the full Sleepagotchi app

Lite is different from the main app because it does not require any sleep tracking. Instead, it focuses on quick, card-based play. Players collect hero cards, send them on missions, join clans, and earn points.

Gacha packs are a big part of Lite. Opening these packs gives heroes with different abilities. These heroes can be sent on missions to gather resources, which can then be used to strengthen your team.

The gameplay revolves around placing heroes into Challenges, which are like mini-missions. Each Hero Card has a level, and each challenge requires heroes to meet a certain level threshold. Higher-level heroes have a better chance of succeeding and earning rewards.

You unlock constellations by doing these Challenges. Each completed challenge brings you closer to unlocking the next constellation stage. While early levels are quick, later ones take more time, but also come with better rewards.

Players can spin the gacha for free every 8 hours to earn new Hero Cards. More cards let you send heroes on more challenges at once, speeding up your progress through the game. You can also speed up challenge timers using Gems, the game's premium currency. A $1.99 purchase will get you a Gem bundle, and you can pay using USDC.e, $ASTR, or $PIXEL.

Live Leaderboard and Official Links

The leaderboard for Deep Purple Vol. 2 is live and updates in real time. You can track your score and see how you compare to others.

Event prizes will be given away in $PIXEL tokens to Ronin wallets. The USD value is for reference only and may change depending on the token price.

The event ends on September 29 at 4 PM UTC, so players still have several days to rise through the rankings and compete for their share of the $15,500 pool.
