Sky Mavis Launches Ronin Forge to Empower Web3 Game Developers

Sky Mavis has launched Ronin Forge, an early access program that invites game studios to build on the Ronin blockchain. The program offers grants of up to $50k USD in RON and access to Sky Mavis publishing tools and resources. It seeks to onboard six new teams. Applications are now open on a rolling basis.

The Ronin Forge is designed to support Web3 game builders in creating new and exciting games. The selection process involves pitching an idea and submitting an application. Shortlisted teams will receive a grant in RON and access to platform resources, such as publishing tools, shared guides, and mentorship opportunities. The program aims to align incentives between Sky Mavis, game studios, and the community, fostering the creation of games that embrace digital ownership.

Sky Mavis is notably interested in studios with a playable game in beta and a timeline of three to six months to global launch. All genres are welcome, from MMOs to shooters to MOBAs. This program offers successful applicants a direct portal to the Ronin community, providing them with the same tools and support used by successful projects like Pixels.
