Tuesday next week Gods Unchained will organize the Shadow Draw, and select the winners of first Shadow Core Cards. Players will need to have raffle tickets, which they can obtain by buying card packs for the Trial of the Gods expansion. The more tickets someone has, the bigger the chance they will win.
On Monday November 9th Immutable will mint the final batch of draw tickets. One day later, when the Ethereum blockchain mines block 11,232,837, the developers will take a snap shot. That's will be the exact moment all raffle tickets and their owners will be registered for the raffle. The raffle will take place on November 11th at 6PM PST, which is 2AM on November 12th UTC.
Everybody who has more than 500 tickets will get the Order Card Back. These won't be implemented into the game until 2021. Trickets, boards and of course the Shadow Core Cards can't be traded until the release of the in-house developed Immutable X scaling solution. However, players will be able to use them in-game a few week after the raffle.
When the Shadow Draw raffle is over, there's still another reason to hold on to the Gods Unchained raffle tickets. Later in the gaming season there will be the Mythic Drawing. During this event the developers will giveaway an unique one-of-a-kind card called Citadel of the Gods. Other unique cards are worth well over 10 thousand dollars each.
Gods Unchained is a collectible card game built on the Ethereum blockchain. The blockchain stores all ownership of the cards, giving players full ownership over their own set of cards. Players earn digital cards by playing the game. When they have two identical cards they’ll be able to mint these into one blockchain-based card. We call these cards non-fungible tokens, and the owners can trade, sell, lend, borrow, or use them in the game itself.
Future game mechanics will allow users to create limited edition cards from older cards, making existing cards more rare. In addition Gods Unchained can be enjoyed free-to-play, while players are able to earn cards by being active players. True play-to-earn mechanics there!
