SERAPH: In the Darkness, the 3D ARPG blockchain game developed by Korean gaming giant Actoz’s overseas subsidiary, has recently wrapped up a two-week global synchronized Beta Test. The test attracted tens of thousands of players from regions spanning Southeast Asia, South America, and Europe, demonstrating the game's global appeal.
The Beta Test saw over 5,000 players entering the game on the server's activation day, with Asian players contributing to more than 2,000 of the total participants. The game, at its core a treasure-hunting adventure, saw players forging a total of 3,762 NFT treasures, with the transaction volume reaching an impressive 8,828 times.
In response to the enthusiastic engagement of the players, the SERAPH team launched an exceptional airdrop event, distributing 200,000 tokens. These rewards will be distributed in line with the official game launch, equipping players with generous resources to courageously confront the looming dark forces.
The Beta Test also unveiled the Void Realm, the main dungeon for players to farm loot in the later stages of the game. The development team will optimize this area based on the feedback from players during the test period, making the Void Realm even more enjoyable to experience.
In addition to the new features, the Beta Test significantly enhanced chat functionality by introducing regional, multi-line world channels, and private chat features. These improvements aim to stimulate interaction among players, simplifying the process of forming groups for loot farming or conducting trades.
With the successful conclusion of the Beta Test, SERAPH: In the Darkness is gearing up for its official launch in 2023. The game promises to offer an enhanced gaming experience, with new features and enhancements set to captivate players worldwide.
