SERAPH: In The Darkness Announces Chaos Legacy Test

The developers of SERAPH: In The Darkness, a grim action RPG, have announced the Chaos Legacy Test, set to start on Wednesday, November 22nd at 12:00 UTC + 9.

Test Details

This test phase will start on November 22nd and last for 30 days, closing on December 22nd at 12:00 UTC + 9. 

For this test, the developers have introduced official NFT equipment as well as NFT cosmetics. With these new additions, players will have the opportunity to test out various kinds of equipment for a chance at earning rare on-chain assets such as Soul Spars by playing in game modes that include Mystery of Chaos and Void Realms. Some of the cosmetics that will be included are wings, weapon effects, footprints, and more.

Next to gear, the team has also brought in a new class: the Necromancer. New storyline gameplay is also included, from Acts 6 to 10. There will also be pets to help you out with item pickups and more, while a new Mystery of Chaos brings with it tougher challenges but also chances of attaining better rewards.

Rewards

Players will be ranked on a leaderboard based on their character level, with minimum eligible level for rewards being level 30. Those who manage to rank in the top 500 could be rewarded with some of the following listed in the below table:

There are also rewards for the top 200 players competing in the Trial of Seraph, with the leaderboard divided into 5 separate rankings: Barbarian, Sorceress, Valkyrie, Necromancer, and Multiplayer.

How to Play

This test will be playable through the game’s PC client. To do so however, you’ll also need to have an activation key, which the developers will give out from time to time through social media and various events.
