Sandbox's LAND Bridge Cashback Program is Coming to an End

After a year of rewarding community members with over 400,000 SAND, The Sandbox is concluding its LAND bridge cashback program. Originally developed to offset the cost for LAND owners bridging from Ethereum to Polygon, the program rewarded users with 10 SAND per LAND bridged. This announcement serves as the final call for users to bridge their LAND and become eligible for cashback rewards.

How the Cashback Program Concludes

The end of the cashback program will be determined by one of two scenarios: Either when the allocated budget is exhausted, that is 15,000 SAND or equivalent to 1,500 new LAND bridged, or when a specific date is reached, which is Wednesday, June 7th at 5:00 PM UTC. Despite the closing window for eligibility, users are reassured there's currently no deadline to claim their cashback, offering some flexibility in capitalizing on their rewards.
