Web3 gaming publisher Revolving Games has officially unveiled their 2025 Roadmap, giving its blockchain gaming community an overview of what to potentially expect throughout this year.
The new 2025 roadmap from Revolving Games contains key milestones that the studio would like to achieve in March, May, and Q3 of this year: Hatchlings Universe expansion, Project Nova launch, $RCADE TGE, and the release of Skyborne Phoenix Flight.
The first milestone is set to come to life on March 31st, when the Hatchlings Universe is planned to be expanded with the introduction of a new web3 game. Thanks to a successful Season 2, the developers would like to further add variety to this franchise by adding in a new "IP-driven" game. This new game is said to give the community a chance to acquire Scout Nodes ahead of TGE while providing an opportunity to $HATCH, which is said to be a 100% community-owned token. This expansion is said to lay the foundation for “immense growth” as the team looks to further bring in various casual and hypercasual multi-genre games for all to enjoy, “including Pet Simulator, Slots, Match 3 Puzzle, and Idle RPG.” The announcement stated that the new game would be revealed in the coming weeks. Since then, it indeed has in a more recent X post, at least the name in question: HatchKings.
Based on what’s been teased so far, HatchKings will have players make daily spins in order to climb dynamic leaderboards and earn $HATCH tokens, which seem to be the key to getting $RCADE via Scout Nodes. A total of 50 million $HATCH tokens looks set to be up for grabs for the launch. We’ll probably get more details on this game on March 31st, though that could potentially also be the launch date itself. If it is, then it no longer applies, as the game’s own X profile states that the launch date is now April 3rd.
Moving on to May, we have 2 big launches coming up: Project Nova, and the $RCADE TGE.
Project Nova is a 4X strategy game that was playable in early access last year, and is now coming back in May this year on both mobile and PC for a 2-week airdrop period. This seems to be an official launch that is also actually the last play to airdrop campaign through which you can earn $RCADE before TGE officially takes place. The team’s goal is to “scale user acquisition of the 4X Strategy Genre” and deliver an engaging blockchain gaming experience while making sure at least one of their flagship titles has in-game $RCADE sinks close to TGE. Further details on token sinks are planned to be announced.
The $RCADE TGE itself is planned to take place on May 22nd. This token was initially planned to launch in Q1, but some “exciting conversations” behind the scenes caused them to delay “for the betterment of the company, community, and ultimately, the longevity of the RG and RCADE ecosystems.” They believe that in order to deliver a successful token launch, a product with token sinks should be available from the get-go. In this case, that’s Project Nova. That being said, the developers came up with " additional innovative $RCADE token sinks” and they needed more time to add those in-game properly.
“Our revised Roadmap is tailored to optimize ecosystem growth and increase user adoption to the maximum in anticipation of the $RCADE TGE on May 22.”
In an effort to try and keep steady ecosystem growth, the team will look to deliver their next flagship game, Skyborne Phoenix Flight, in Q3 2025, which is the last milestone of this updated roadmap. Set in the Skyborne Legacy universe, Skyborne Phoenix Flight is an upcoming web3 RPG in which Animal Crossing meets Zelda.
