Revolving Games has shared its full roadmap for the rest of 2025, following its recent TGE. The update outlines what's next for the RCADE Network and gives new details on upcoming programs, games, and long-term plans tied to the token's growth and use.
This next phase arrives just days after the $RCADE TGE, which included a trading launch, token unlocks, and the end of a multi-week airdrop campaign. With a new game rollout and expanded token use cases now scheduled, Revolving is shifting focus to scale its ecosystem through real gameplay and structured token mechanics.
July 9 TGE and Lead-Up Campaign
The $RCADE TGE took place on July 9, with trading starting for RCADE/USDT and 7.75 million $RCADE tokens allocated for airdrops. Half of the airdrop was unlocked at TGE, while the rest will vest over six months. The campaign leading to the launch featured tasks like joining community channels, playing War of Nova, and referring friends.
Days before the TGE, Revolving Games also announced GTFO, a mobile endless-runner game based on the MEATBAGS IP. The move supported buzz around the launch. First planned for May, the TGE was delayed twice before finally launching to ensure infrastructure and partners were in place.
August: Community Node Network Program and Game Expansions
In August, Revolving Games will launch its Community Network Node (CNN) Program. The goal is to support small node license holders and offer easier access to network participation.
This program, in partnership with easeflow, allows holders to delegate node operation to community-run servers for three months. Instead of paying the $10 monthly cost, participants contribute 10% of mined emissions per node. This change helps users with fewer nodes join the network while supporting infrastructure costs.
At the same time, HatchKings will get token sink integration via HATCH Season 2, creating more ways for players to use tokens in gameplay. War of Nova will also roll out new growth features aimed at web2 audiences.
September to December: Game Launches and Publishing Partnerships
In September, the team will release limited access to its upcoming title, Skyborne: Phoenix Flight. The game combines fantasy art and story with mass-market appeal, and will roll out further in October alongside War of Nova Season 3.
By November, Skyborne will expand with the help of global publishing partners. These deals will support global distribution while quietly weaving in web3 elements. Players will interact with a polished, accessible game, while also fueling the RCADE economy in the background.
In December, Revolving Games will share a year-end recap and announce the next stage of its roadmap.

Revenue-Based Buybacks: Linking Game Success with Token Value
The roadmap also highlights a unique value approach: games that earn revenue will contribute to the RCADE Network through structured buybacks.
Instead of driving hype, these buybacks seek to replenish the treasury and create long-term token health. War of Nova will lead this model, using its revenue to buy back $RCADE. This forms a closed loop where more gameplay generates more revenue, which supports token value.
Each game will have its own version of this model. The plan is to support growth across both web2 and web3 players without using inflation-based token rewards.
Skyborne: Phoenix Flight and Global Growth
What's more, Skyborne: Phoenix Flight is positioned as a leading IP in the network. Inspired by titles like Zelda and Animal Crossing, the game mixes story, art, and gameplay for global audiences. While onchain features are included, the focus remains on the gameplay first.
Revolving has partnered with publishers to launch the game worldwide. These partners will help onboard new players into the Skyborne universe, with some revenue routed back into RCADE token buybacks. These buybacks, according to the team, will help connect commercial success to the network's overall health.
As the game grows, Skyborne becomes a central piece in Revolving's broader strategy to push web3 entertainment into mainstream markets.
Utility Framework and Ecosystem Expansion
Beyond games, the RCADE Network will also expand token utility starting in September. Features include:
- Gas fees on the network
- Crafting, cosmetics, and upgrades paid in $RCADE
- Battle Pass systems linked to the token
- In-game events and reward loops
- Revenue-based buybacks for all games
- Studio partnerships using $RCADE in their games
The network also plans to fix launch-day issues where external users sold tokens before long-term community members could claim. To help balance this, the team is working with long-term partners interested in holding 1.5% of the token supply. These tokens would go to holders who support the platform's growth.
This approach, according to the team, is not aimed at short-term speculation. Instead, it focuses on adding trusted holders who believe in the project's long-term vision.
