Rebel Bots Releases New Trailer for Xoil Wars

The Rebel Bots team is back with a new trailer giving us a sneak peek of what’s to come in their 2D play-to-earn title, Xoil Wars, ahead of its planned Q1 2023 release.

Featuring renowned partners the likes of Animoca Brands, Polygon and even Ubisoft, the latest trailer from developer Xoilium gives us a glimpse of what to expect in their upcoming blockchain title. The footage shows that players will get to join various kingdoms in which they’ll get to build their own sci-fi base while engaging in turn-based card combat reminiscent of gameplay seen in Axie Infinity pre-Origins. Players will get to battle using Fighting Bot NFTs, with 3 used in battle. It will be possible to create your robot army using earnable Xoil tokens. By completing missions, winning PvP battles and topping the Kingdom and player leaderboards, you’ll get to earn the game’s Xoil tokens, which you can then use to buy various robot parts needed to create new Fighting Bots, among other use cases. Each Fighting Bot has its own set of cards depending on the parts it is made of. According to the trailer, there are more than 300 combat cards, leading to an astounding amount of different Fighting Bots that can be created.
