New Features: Alien Invasions and Enhanced Leaderboards

One of the most exciting features introduced in this update is the "Alien Invasion". This feature is triggered either upon player registration or 24 hours after the last alien invasion. The invasion concludes once all resources from the alien base have been seized. Interestingly, a fresh wave of alien attacks is launched 12 hours following the initial invasion, keeping players on their toes and adding an extra layer of excitement to the gameplay.

The update also brings enhancements to the game's map. Combat and support icons are now displayed, enabling players to easily track incoming attacks and support on their bases, as well as their own outgoing attacks. Players can also view attacks on the bases of their alliance members. This increased visibility allows players to stay informed and strategically plan their defence and offense in the game. Additionally, the map filters have been expanded, providing more options for players to customize their view of the game world.

In the spirit of fostering competition and tracking progress, new leaderboards have been added. These leaderboards offer valuable insights into player information and categories such as droids, attacking score, defending score, and robbing score. This addition is sure to fuel the competitive spirit among players, pushing them to improve their strategies and climb the ranks.

Better User Experience and Streamlined Gameplay

Another noteworthy feature is the time zone setting. Players now have the flexibility to choose between using their local time or the server’s time in R-Planet. This feature promotes better coordination and collaboration among alliance members, as they can easily synchronize their activities and plan attacks at specific times.

The update also brings several improvements to the game's interface and functionality. The Nexus now includes robot asset usage information, and the behaviour of asset groups has been improved. A "copy" button has been added in the location header, allowing players to easily copy the location information. This feature is particularly useful when players need to share the location details with others in the chat. Moreover, switching bases in the header now follows alphabetical order or id if the name is not set, enabling players to personalize and organize their bases according to their preferences.

In addition to these new features and improvements, the update also addresses some bugs. An issue with the server description layout has been fixed, and the server name in used assets has been corrected.
