My Neighbor Alice has announced a new partnership with Pudgy Penguins, revealing a major in-game crossover launching on June 17, with the debut of Chapter One: A New Adventure. This long-awaited update will introduce Pudgy-themed characters, emotes, quests, and even a new snow-covered region known as Pudgy Land within the game's archipelago.

What to Expect in Chapter One: A New Adventure

Pudgy Penguins are making their way into the world of My Neighbor Alice. The game's update will fully integrate three key Pudgy NFT collections: 8,888 Pudgy Penguins, 22,222 Lil Pudgys, and 7,399 Pudgy Rods. Each NFT will be turned into unique 3D playable avatars.

Upon logging in, holders of these NFTs will see their collectibles hatch from eggs to reveal the exact assets they own, bringing a deeper sense of personal identity into the game. These companions will walk beside your avatar, respond to commands, and take part in events.

According to the announcement, "It's not just a Pudgy, it's your Pudgy, living and waddling right beside you in Lummelunda."

Inside Snowflake Wilds, players will find Pudgy Land, a brand-new winter region filled with seasonal quests, festive NPCs, and exclusive crafting stations. The area includes Tinsel Falls, a cozy town hub where Pudgy Land will serve as a lively base for community interaction.

Holders can unlock new quests and craft special items, such as themed clothing, fishing rods, and emotes. These aren't just cosmetics. Items can be minted, traded, and even monetized, creating new value for collectors and players. Only holders can craft and sell these emotes in-game, according to the team in an official post

Real Ownership and Open Worlds

The collab pushes forward the idea of interoperability and real ownership. As the team described it, "This is not just about bringing cute NFTs into a game; it's about letting players use what they own, show who they are, and belong to something bigger."

Features like custom Pudgy Rods, which unlock exclusive fish and content, and NFT-based emotes, will give holders a way to engage in both creative and economic gameplay loops. Non-holders can still access most of the content, but will rely on the marketplace to buy crafted items.

The $ALICE Adventure Airdrop Is Live

Besides that, My Neighbor Alice is also running the $ALICE Adventure Airdrop from June 3 to October 14. A total of 500,000 $ALICE tokens (worth about $199K) will be given away through in-game and social tasks.

Each of the four waves will include weekly quests, referral bonuses, and competitions. Anyone can join by connecting a web3 wallet or logging in through their socials. Points can be claimed through a rewards dashboard, with top players earning token rewards. This campaign is aimed at boosting engagement leading into and following the Chapter One update.

Pudgy Prepares for Pengu Clash Launch and NASCAR Tie-In

The latest move comes as Pudgy Penguins expands its own footprint in gaming. Just a day after Chapter One goes live, the team will launch Pengu Clash on June 18. It's a fast-paced multiplayer game built for Telegram, developed in partnership with Elympics and powered by TON.

The game focuses on quick, skill-based matchups: no wallet needed to start. But if you do connect one, you'll unlock token rewards and access to NFT-based cosmetics.

Pudgy Penguins also recently confirmed a new partnership with NASCAR. While there are not many details yet, teaser videos showed Pudgy, the brand's mascot, preparing for a race and featured branding tie-ins between Pengu Clash and NASCAR. It's a bold crossover that hints at bigger plans to bring web3 IP to the masses.

Pudgy already appeared in LOL Land, a web3 board game, and has a physical toy line featured in major retail stores. Upcoming games like Pudgy Party (a team-based mobile party game) and Pudgy World (a browser-based open world) are part of their plan to bring NFTs into gaming.
