Web3 game developer Minted Loot Studios has opened pre-orders for the Founder’s Edition of ChronoForge while introducing a 50% revenue share for referring web and in-game sales with your unique promo code.

What Is the ChronoForge Founder’s Edition?

The Founder’s Edition is an exclusive bundle that unlocks the ability to play to earn $CHRONO Season 1 rewards in ChronoForge.

The Founder’s Edition specifically contains the Limited Edition Mecha Chad cosmetic outfit and Limited Edition Ethereal Umu mount, alongside 5 premium classes and 20,000 instant Forge Stamps, and the ability to earn Forge Stamps through gameplay while ranking on the $CHRONO leaderboards, even with non-NFT characters.

Among the 5 premium classes are 2 that are unlocked straight away: Reaper and Battlesmith. Reaper is supposed to be a DPS class with lifestealing capabilities, according to a potentially out-of-date list of classes from the official guidebook, while the Battlesmith should be a tank class. The other 3 additional premium classes can be unlocked using Forge Stamps. You don’t need to buy this bundle to gain access to these premium classes though, as you can find NFT characters on OpenSea belonging to those classes.

Forge Stamps are premium in-game currency used to unlock new combat classes, seasonal cosmetic gear, bag space, character slots, and traits that can add small permanent buffs and debuffs to your character. This edition unlocks 20k Forge Stamps instantly while granting the ability to earn them through gameplay instead of having to acquire them through the game shop.

Last but not least, the Founder’s Edition unlocks access to $CHRONO Season 1 rewards, meaning you gain the ability to rank on $CHRONO leaderboards using your non-NFT characters and any character you burn a Chronos Hoard against (Chronos Hoards are NFT consumables awarded when burning Totems). Free to play players cannot rank on these token-based leaderboards with non-NFT characters; only buyers of the Founder’s Edition can. The only other way to rank on a $CHRONO leaderboard is to own a playable NFT character, and the floor price for one is 0.172 ETH at the time of writing.

How to Pre-Order ChronoForge Founder’s Edition

Anyone interested in the Founder’s Edition can check out the game’s website linked in the official X announcement. From there, you will be able to complete your pre-order using payments provider Xsolla for the price of $29.90.

All purchases are awarded with Abstract XP. Next to pre-orders, players should be able to earn Abstract XP from all game purchases, including Forge Stamp bundles. Make sure to connect your crypto wallet to your game account before September 17, either through the website or the game client, to be awarded Abstract XP for purchases made before that date.

How to Earn 50% Revenue Share from ChronoForge Sales

Just a day after opening pre-orders, the indie gaming studio launched an offer to earn 50% revenue share from ChronoForge-related web and in-game sales.

This means that you can start earning a 50% revenue share from Founder’s Edition pre-orders by referring friends using your unique promo code, which also comes with a 10% discount.

To become eligible for this revenue share, you will need to sign up to the ChronoForge Partner Program and have at least 500 followers across major social and streaming platforms that include YouTube, Twitch, X, and TikTok. Just like with pre-orders, all payments, revenue share and the partner portal are handled by Xsolla, and anyone who gains access will find an analytics dashboard through which partners can track referrals, revenue, and payouts. What Is ChronoForge?

ChronoForge is a free to play hack and slash MMORPG that combines action RPG gameplay with an MMO-scale “social experiment” where collective player decisions have real consequences on the game's time-bending steampunk world.

Choose from one of 12 combat classes and fight various enemies from different time periods while embarking on raids and doing open-world mini-games to upgrade Trading Companies and unlock higher-tier crafting abilities. Trading Companies are community-governed airships serving as upgradable crafting hubs while being governed by players as shareholder members. This means that these airships enable player-driven global politics, as shareholders can make proposals and vote every week on major in-game decisions the Trading Company should make, such as choosing an upgrade path or which airship to attack.

If a Trading Company wants to craft the very best gear, they will have to activate ChronoForge, a smelting facility giving temporary access to the strongest gear and end-game content. If too many of these facilities are activated at once, it can trigger a global apocalypse. As such, the community may want to work together to stop anyone from causing this chaos, because if it happens, everyone’s crafting ability is reset to zero.

In terms of web3 features, the game will be powered by the $CHRONO token, which will be used for minting items into on-chain assets and for rewarding regular voters that hold powerful NFTs. Players can also earn the token through the upcoming Season 1 leaderboard, which can be accessed by owners of playable Adventurer NFT characters and buyers of the Founder’s Edition. The $CHRONO TGE is scheduled for Q3 2025, and comes with an initial airdrop of 5% of token supply to Adventurer NFT holders.
