Pixion Games has confirmed that the $POWER Token Generation Event (TGE) will go live on December 5 tomorrow. The token will debut first on Binance Alpha, where eligible users can claim an airdrop using their Alpha Points. The announcement comes just days after the launch of Fableborne Season 4, a major update that introduces guilds, new gameplay systems, and several time-limited events.

$POWER Token TGE Details

Based on the whitepaper, the $POWER token is designed as the utility and reward token for the Power Protocol, Pixion's broader blockchain ecosystem. It supports 3 layers: gaming, infrastructure, and incubation. On launch day, 5% of the total supply will be unlocked for liquidity, while 13.2% of the community rewards allocation will also be available. The remaining token allocations follow long-term vesting schedules, with no team or advisor tokens unlocked at TGE.

The total token supply is capped at 1 billion. Allocation includes 37.2% for community rewards and emissions, 28% to the ecosystem fund, and smaller portions for investors, team, advisors, and liquidity. Trading opens on Binance Alpha on December 5, although it is unclear whether the token will be listed elsewhere at launch.

A key early use case will be staking through the Fableborne Kingdoms NFT collection. This collection plays a central role in S4 and allows users to merge NFTs, stake them, and earn $POWER rewards. 4% of the total $POWER supply has been allocated to staking rewards through Kingdom NFTs.

What Is $POWER Used For?

$POWER acts as the official token of the Power Protocol and is already live within Fableborne. Players can use it to buy Diamonds, POWER Chests, Guild Bounties, and in-game items through the Fableborne webshop. It also allows players to stake Kingdom NFTs for seasonal rewards and to take part in premium events, where entry requires hard currency or tokens.

$POWER differs from other in-game tokens like Diamonds, Shards, or Potions by offering broader integration across multiple games and systems. Its main function inside Fableborne Season 4 is to connect gameplay to the Power Protocol through staking, spending, and earning mechanics.

Fableborne Season 4 Brings Major Game Update

Season 4 officially launched on December 2, bringing new systems and gameplay events to the Ronin-powered mobile title. This is the first full season since the game returned from its closed testing period. It combines previous content planned for Season 5, introducing a much larger update than past releases.

The most significant addition is the guild system. Players can now create or join guilds and take part in guild-based competitions. 70% of all webshop revenue, excluding POWER Chests, goes into a seasonal prize pool distributed in $POWER. Guild leaders will get a portion of the rewards that their members earn.

Guild Bounties are also new. These are rotating time-limited objectives that change from raid to raid. Completing bounties gives Guild Glory, which contributes to guild progression and can be used to unlock Glory Chests.

Season 4 also introduces Ember, a new melee fire-based hero. She uses burst-style attacks and is designed for high-skill players looking for a more complex combat experience. Ember joins a roster that already includes characters like Glint and Rift.

Ascendency System and Hero Progression

One of the key progression changes in Season 4 is the introduction of Ascendency. This system allows you to continue upgrading your heroes and units beyond the previous level caps. Each ascension unlocks the next 5 levels and offers various rewards, including currencies, resources, and Ability Tomes. These tomes allow players to mix and match abilities across different heroes for more flexibility in combat.

To unlock Ascendency, you'll need to reach Tier 3 with your units or heroes. Hero XP Potions can speed up the leveling process.

Events and Rewards Structure

Season 4 features a full calendar of PvP and PvE events running until January 5. Each event offers different types of rewards depending on the format. Some events focus on survival gameplay, while others center around resource raids or leaderboard runs.

Here are the current event types and their rewards:

  • PvE Survival events like "Supplies Run" reward Supply NFTs, while others such as "Guild Heroes" can grant Guild Valor or XP-based rewards like Hero XP Potions.
  • PvP Extraction events like "Resource Raid" and "Power Harvest" focus on competitive looting and often award leaderboard placements, Diamonds, Chests, or Supply NFTs.
  • Premium Events run as short-term tournaments with token rewards. To enter, you need to pay gems (hard currency), after which you'll get 12 raid tickets to use in the event. Based on your leaderboard ranking, you can win $POWER tokens, Kingdom NFTs, Supply NFTs, Guild Energy, and lootboxes.

Premium events are the only way to directly earn $POWER from gameplay. All other events reward soft and hard in-game currencies or NFTs, which can then be used in merge, staking, or shop systems.

Fableborne kingdom mechanics

Kingdom NFTs and Merge-to-Mint System

Fableborne's 2nd NFT collection, Kingdoms, launched earlier this year. These NFTs can be merged using Supply NFTs to increase their rarity. There are 5 tiers of Kingdoms, and rarer ones generate more staking points. Merging requires max-tier Kingdoms and specific supply types like Wood, Iron, or Runestones.

The merge-to-mint mechanic helps regulate the supply of new Kingdoms. There is an initial cap of 7,250 Kingdom NFTs, with seasonal supplies added during time-limited events.

Each staked Kingdom generates points based on rarity and tier. These points are tracked daily, with top-performing stakers earning rewards from a seasonal $POWER pool. The current staking pool is set at 1.66 million $POWER tokens for Season 4.

Power Protocol Integration and Future Growth

The TGE marks the first time $POWER will be fully tradable and stakeable across the broader Power Protocol ecosystem. The token is not tied to a single product. Instead, it is designed to capture value from across all games, tools, and projects under the Pixion umbrella.

Future expansion loops include bringing Power Protocol SDKs and APIs to 3rd-party studios, allowing more titles to integrate $POWER. Power Labs will also develop new games and tools that tie back into the token, increasing demand and velocity over time.

As new games and branded IPs join the protocol, each integration will create more avenues for staking, spending, and burning $POWER.

How to Get Started in Season 4

You can download Fableborne on the App Store or Google Play. To save your rewards and progress, just create a Pixion ID or sign in with a social account.

Once you're in, you can battle other players in PvP Leagues, build and defend your own Kingdom, and start earning rewards. If you want to go deeper, you can use Kingdom NFTs and Supply NFTs to join staking seasons or enter premium events.

Season 4 runs until January 5, with the first Guild Season set from December 8 to December 24.
