A Dedicated Job Board for Gaming and Crypto Gaming Hiring
The PlayToEarn jobs board has expanded its scope and is now open to listings from gaming and crypto gaming companies. The board, hosted at playtoearn.com/jobs, runs as the dedicated hiring section of PlayToEarn's media and discovery platform, with positions surfaced to an audience of hundreds of thousands of monthly organic visitors who are already active inside the gaming and crypto gaming industry.
The board accepts a wide range of role types, including development, design, community management, marketing, business development, sales, tokenomics, and operations. Both remote and onsite positions are supported. Each listing carries a clear set of fields covering location, contract type, experience level, department, and compensation model.
Strengthening the Industry by Connecting Talent and Companies
The wider purpose of the board is to act as a growth engine for the gaming and crypto gaming industry. By giving companies a focused channel to reach qualified candidates, and giving talent a clear destination to find roles that match their skills, the board removes one of the longest-running bottlenecks in the space: the gap between studios that are hiring and the developers, designers, marketers, and operators who want to work for them.
Every filled role moves the industry forward. Studios ship faster when they find the right people. Candidates build careers inside companies that are actively scaling. And the broader ecosystem benefits when matches happen on a platform that already understands the category, rather than through general job sites that treat gaming and crypto gaming as an afterthought. The board is built to grow the industry by making that match as direct and frictionless as possible.
Beyond Traditional Salary Roles
One area where the board differs from standard job platforms is the support for non-salaried compensation models. Listings can be posted with commission-based pay, profit share, equity participation, or hybrid combinations of these structures alongside traditional fixed salary roles. The setup gives studios working with lean budgets a route to attract experienced operators by offering upside instead of, or on top of, base pay.
The board also supports a partnership track aimed specifically at game developers and studios. This format is built for builders who want to co-create or grow a game alongside an established platform rather than take a traditional employment role. Under this model, developers retain creative ownership and receive access to distribution, marketing reach, advisory support, and direct network access to founders and executives across the gaming and crypto gaming industry. PlayToEarn itself is currently using this model to bring on solo developers and small studios, and the format is open to other companies looking to offer similar arrangements through their own listings.
How Companies Can Post
A built-in Post a Job form is coming soon. Once live, it will let studios create, edit, and publish listings directly on the jobs page in a single sitting and have the role go live on the board immediately.
Partnership packages and bulk posting options are also available for studios running multiple parallel hires.
How Candidates Apply
Browsing listings does not require an account, and applications are submitted directly via the Apply button on each role, which routes to the relevant application page. No PlayToEarn Plus membership is required.
Job alerts can be enabled to notify candidates when new roles matching their preferences are posted. The platform's own social channels also surface listings and hiring announcements to the wider gaming and crypto gaming community.
Who the Board Is For
The board is built around three audiences. The first is hiring companies across the gaming and crypto gaming industry, including game studios, publishers, infrastructure teams, and media or content companies operating in the space. The second is candidates moving between roles inside the industry, including developers, designers, marketers, community leads, and operations staff. The third is game developers and studios looking for co-building partnerships rather than employment, with access to platforms such as PlayToEarn or other listed companies that want to share distribution, expertise, and upside instead of paying a flat salary.
Current Listings
At the time of writing, the board features three open PlayToEarn roles alongside positions from partner companies. The PlayToEarn roles cover Head of TEDL, a brand director position for the company's collectible character IP, a B2B Sales Representative role focused on outbound commercial pipeline, and a Game Developer and Studios partnership track for solo developers and small studios. All three are remote, full-time, and structured around equity, commission, or revenue-share models. Full descriptions are available on the board.
