PlayToEarn is Joining the Blockchain Game Alliance

PlayToEarn has announced a strategic partnership with the Blockchain Game Alliance (BGA). BGA is a global non-profit organization focused on connecting the Web3 gaming community and raising awareness of blockchain technologies for gaming.

What is BGA

With over 500 members across the web3 gaming ecosystem, such as game studios, infrastructure, tooling, and marketplaces, the Alliance serves as a key gateway to the extensive network of Web3 gaming professionals.

The alliance aims to support its members by providing visibility at major conferences worldwide, including opportunities for speaking engagements, networking, and collaboration within the community. Founded in 2018, BGA brings together industry experts to collaborate and share knowledge. In addition, they work alongside them to establish industry standards in blockchain gaming. Founders of the Alliance include Ubisoft, Yield Guild Games (YGG), Sky Mavis, EverdreamSoft, and Delphi Ventures. 

BGA Provides Global Opportunities for Members

Sebastien Borget, co-founder of The Sandbox, was elected President of BGA in 2020. He ranked fourth in the Top 100 Most Influential People in Crypto by Cointelegraph in 2022. BGA organizes various activities and provides a platform for members to showcase their games and products. The alliance facilitates networking, collaboration, and information exchange through private members' groups. These groups are on platforms like Telegram and Discord.

Through its live panel discussions and  educational platform, BGA offers relevant information about building in Web3. Thus enabling professionals to be aware of developments and capitalize on solutions offered by its members. The alliance engages in online activities, meetups, panel discussions, and demo days. They also have a weekly newsletter to address trending topics in the Web3 gaming space.
