Web3 game developer Weracle has launched a new Immutable Play leaderboard for Slime Miner, giving players around $10k worth of rewards to compete for throughout the whole month of October.
What Is Slime Miner?
Slime Miner is a web3 idle clicker RPG in which the core gameplay loop revolves around upgrading your mining team and gear, collecting minerals, and accumulating Slime Points, which can later be exchanged for an upcoming token airdrop.
Made by Weracle, the free to play title is backed by LINE, Kaia, and Immutable. As such, you can play the game on Android and iOS mobile devices via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, but also on PC through your web browser as a LINE Mini App, for which the first official server recently went live. The mobile versions have their own global server, as well as a Korea-only server. When counted all together, the game is supposedly said to have more than 21 million total players while generating $1.5 million in monthly revenue.
Slime Miner launched globally across app stores and Immutable on September 9, 2025, with the new month bringing in a new reward-packed leaderboard to compete for token rewards in.
How Does the Slime Miner x Immutable Leaderboard Work?
The new leaderboard for Slime Miner is live on blockchain gaming platform Immutable Play and features an airdrop prize pool of 1 million $SLX tokens up for grabs for the top 3000 players that manage to get the highest score from completing various gameplay-focused quests throughout this month.
For this ladder, quests are divided into 5 categories, with each quest offering varying amounts of leaderboard points and usually Immutable Gems as well:
- Basic Progression
- Content Unlocks
- Recurring Challenges
- Core Competitions
- Community & Social
Aside from the last category, most of the other types of quests reward persistent gameplay progression throughout October. Some of them include reaching certain distances such as digging 200km, while others are focused on upgrading parts to certain levels and achieving specific Tiers in Slime Race. There are daily quests as well, which refresh every day at midnight UTC. One-off quests can be completed at any point throughout the event, with more planned to be added over time.
When it comes to reward distribution, the 1 million $SLX prize pool, which is said to be valued around $10k USDC, has been allocated to the top 3000 participants in the following manner:
- Rank 1: 30,000 $SLX
- Ranks 2 - 10: 7,778 $SLX
- Ranks 11 - 50: 2,500 $SLX
- Ranks 51 - 500: 667 $SLX
- Ranks 501 - 1000: 400 $SLX
- Ranks 1001 - 2000: 200 $SLX
- Ranks 2001 - 3000: 100 $SLX
If there is a tie in ranking, the player who reached the particular score first will claim the higher spot. Rewards will be airdropped after the campaign is over.
How to Play to Earn in Slime Miner’s $10K Immutable Leaderboard
To participate, head on over to Slime Miner’s official Immutable Play page and login with your Immutable Passport to follow the game and access the quest-based leaderboard.
If you’re new to the game, you can download it through the Play Store or App Store for free, or play it directly on your web browser through the official website as a LINE Mini App running on the Kaia blockchain. At the time of writing, the mobile version lets you login to the game using your Immutable Passport, but that does not seem to be case with the browser-based release. It’s not quite clear how players are supposed to connect their in-game progress with the Immutable leaderboard when playing through the LINE Mini App, as there is no in-game option to connect your Passport. Using the same email address might do the trick, but many players are currently experiencing issues with tracking their quest completion, so hopefully the developers resolve this issue and simplify the process soon for an accessible blockchain gaming experience. That being said, it’s probably best to play this one on mobile.
In this 2D game, you’re focused on digging deeper into the earth using drills composed of three key parts: Drill, Engine, and Cooler. Each part can be upgraded and combined to optimize digging speed, durability, and heat management. Other systems such as the Warehouse grow as they are leveled, expanding storage for mined minerals. The Slime Miners themselves also gain power upgrades, boosting overall efficiency.
There are two slime types that can be summoned using the game’s draw system: Neo SLs and Mercenary SLs. The former is free to summon every 4 hours, while the latter can be summoned for free every 6 hours. Duplicate slimes can be merged into higher-tier versions (+1, +2, +3), improving their performance in digging and rewards.
Over 40 mineral types can be mined, split between general (Coal, Copper, Iron, Silver, and Gold) and special (Sunstone, Moonstone, and Celestial Crystal) categories. These minerals can be sold for gold, the main in-game upgrade currency.

As you might expect from an idle game, this one too continues to operate when the app is closed. Players can return to claim Offline Rewards, and efficiency gains can be achieved via upgrades through the Research Lab. During digging runs, players may also discover Treasure Boxes and Drone Boxes, which contain random boosts or items to support progression.
The deeper you dig, the more Tiers you advance through, with each 50 floors raising the Tier level. Higher Tiers increase the rate of Slime Point accrual and expand Bank Size, letting players store more points before collecting.
As you’re enjoying the core gameplay, you get to complete various quests on Immutable Play to climb the leaderboard. These award points for the campaign, but most of them also give you Gems, the platform currency that can be redeemed for Keys to enter Weekly Draws featuring rewards such as $IMX tokens, Gems, and more.
Whether you’re looking to stack up on more Gems or think you’re able to compete for the top 3000 spots for the $SLX token airdrop, you have until the end of this month to make the most of this new leaderboard event.
