Mobile-focused web3 gaming studio InfiniGods has announced 2 new events for their free to play title King of Destiny, giving players more limited time opportunities to play to earn $GOD tokens in.

The first event is Minotaur Labyrinth, which is now live until March 27th, after which it will be quickly followed by the second event, for which details remain a mystery at the time of writing. Here’s everything you need to know about the first play to earn event!

What Is the Minotaur Labyrinth Event in King of Destiny?

Minotaur Labyrinth is a leaderboard-focused event in King of Destiny in which players deal cards to catch Minotaurs for a chance at earning a share of the 2 million $GOD prize pool.

From March 24th to March 27th, 12 PM EST, players have a chance of earning rewards in 3 different ways: the leaderboard, the Sweepstakes Raffle, and by beating the event. The total prize pool is allocated across all three methods.

The leaderboard has the biggest allocation of 1.43 million $GOD tokens up for grabs for the top 500 players. Do your best to finish the event among the top, and you could stand a chance of receiving a nice share of rewards. You need to collect at least 200 Minotaurs to qualify for the leaderboard. Everyone who gets a minimum of 200 Minotaurs also gets to enter the Sweepstakes Raffle, which consists of 70k $GOD tokens that will be distributed through 23 raffle drawings. If you actually beat the entire limited-time event, then you’ll earn a share of 500k $GOD tokens! The amount you earn will depend on the number of players that complete the event, so if 150 players successfully do so, that means that each one will get 3333 tokens.

By making it into the top 500, you will earn at least 100 $GOD tokens (around $3 at the time of writing) and 1 Sweepstake Raffle ticket. If you rank from 4th to 10th, you get 25k $GOD tokens (around $748) and 4 tickets. The highest-ranked player on the leaderboard will win 5 tickets and a charged Ultimate Pass, which is said to include both the $GOD and God Vaults claim. Ranking in 2nd gets you a Paragon Elder God NFT and 5 tickets, while 3rd place is rewarded with 5 tickets, a Gold Elder God NFT, and 30k $GOD tokens (around $888). How to Play to Earn $GOD in King of Destiny’s Minotaur Labyrinth Event

If you want to play to earn $GOD tokens in King of Destiny’s Minotaur Labyrinth event, you will need to get to Campaign Level 4 to unlock access. Once you do, you can join the event on the Deals screen and start dealing cards to catch Minotaurs, earning points in the process, with more Deals giving you higher chances of winning. Each Minotaur is worth 1 point, and the amount of Minotaurs you find can vary based on different deal combinations. Players can multiply their points through VIP score, Elder God ownership, and King of Destiny Avatar holdings. Multipliers do actually stack, so while the event is free to play, getting these multipliers can sure be quite useful in making the top rankings. With the $GOD Webstore open, you can also find “the best value on Deals, Coins, and Favor packages to aid you in the competition.”

If you end up catching enough Minotaurs to escape the Labyrinth, then congrats, you’ve beaten the event, meaning you win a share of 500k $GOD tokens. There are also time-gated rewards you can earn as you progress through the event.
