Paradise Tycoon has confirmed that its in-game currency, $MOANI, is officially launching soon on Blackhole DEX. This new partnership marks the next phase in the game's ongoing shift from off chain to onchain token usage. The $MOANI token is already live in the game's internal systems, where it powers millions of player actions across crafting, upgrades, and trading. Its upcoming onchain release will make these features fully compatible with Avalanche's ecosystem, with Blackhole DEX acting as the main entry point for anyone looking to acquire $MOANI.

There is no exact TGE date yet, but the team says the launch is happening very soon.

What is Paradise Tycoon?

Paradise Tycoon is a life sim tycoon game set in a vibrant tropical world. Players take on the role of island owners who farm, gather, build, and trade. The game avoids combat and instead focuses on player interaction, exploration, and economy-building. It features social multiplayer, a marketplace, a growing world with new locations, and support for user-generated content (UGC).

With its Creator Update launched in last December, Paradise Tycoon introduced full UGC tools and the ability to charge $MOANI for access to custom events and builds. The game is free to play and available on browser, iOS, and Android, with console versions planned for later this year.

$MOANI Token: Off Chain and On Chain Use

$MOANI is the utility token of Paradise Tycoon and the entire Paradise Chain gaming network. It is currently live in the game's off chain economy and supports crafting, upgrades, auction house trading, UGC monetization, and more.

With the upcoming TGE, $MOANI will become fully onchain. It will serve as both currency and gas for all transactions across Paradise Chain. This means that every player action that creates, trades, or earns value will be supported by $MOANI.

Utility Breakdown: What Can You Do with $MOANI?

The in-game use of $MOANI is already extensive. Here's what you can use them for:

  • Auction House: Trade for rare or off-island resources.
  • Vendors: Purchase elixirs, tools, cosmetics, consumables, and gear upgrades.
  • Participation Fees: Join player-created events and contests using $MOANI.
  • Island Sales or Rentals: Monetize land through in-game real estate.
  • UGC Utilities: Charge for puzzles, mazes, challenges, and custom games.

Players can also mint NFT tools using $MOANI and access boat travel to special regions such as Makubo Jungle.

Paradise Tycoon $MOANI token netflow

Token Economy and Spend Ratio

The team behind Paradise Tycoon has focused on building a strong in-game economy. One key goal is to ensure that more tokens are spent than given out. This is known as a positive token netflow. According to official stats, over 60% of all airdropped tokens have already been spent by players. This shows high in-game engagement and healthy economic behavior.

Since the first off chain rewards were distributed in Q2 2024, token netflow has improved each quarter. At first, netflow was -92.5%. By Q3 2024, it improved to -24.41%. In Q4, it reached -15.03%, and by April 2025, it was down to just -0.7%. These numbers mean the gap between tokens given and tokens spent is getting smaller.

The team expects to move into a positive netflow after the TGE. In Q2 2025, netflow is projected to rise to +7%, and by Q3 2025, the forecast jumps to +17%. This will be driven by new token sinks and added features that use $MOANI more frequently.

Current token sinks include trading fees, vendor purchases, cosmetics, boat travel, land upgrades, and elixir minting. Each of these removes $MOANI from circulation and sends it back to the reward pool.

$MOANI token distribution

Token Supply and Distribution

The total supply of $MOANI is capped at 6 billion tokens. These are split across different parts of the project:

  • 30% for Game and UGC Rewards
  • 18% for Early Investors
  • 14% for Growth
  • 14% for the Team
  • 10% for Liquidity
  • 8% for Community Sales
  • 3% for Staking Rewards
  • 3% for Advisors

Tokens spent in-game are returned to the game's reward pool. This helps create a cycle where active players continue to benefit from ongoing usage.

Withdrawal Policy

Once the TGE is complete, players will be able to withdraw $MOANI one week after the launch. But there will be a 30% withdrawal fee during the first month. This rule is meant to limit early selling and help the token economy stabilize after launch.

Relic Rush Event Launches Alongside TGE News

To mark the upcoming TGE, Paradise Tycoon has kicked off a 10-day event called Relic Rush. It started on July 23 and is open to all players. The event invites players to find and donate "Lucky Relics" to the in-game Bank. The more relics you donate, the higher you climb the leaderboard.

Relics can be found by chopping, mining, fishing, foraging, and trading. These actions take place across various locations including your personal island, the Makubo Jungle, Port Ohana, and Temple Ruins.

Rewards include:

  • 1.2 Million $MOANI in total prize pool
  • Exclusive Legendary Banker Outfits
  • Genesis Islands and Ancient Keys
  • Mythical Fragment
  • Rare Crafting Materials

The event can be played on PC and mobile, and it is free for all players. To join, simply visit play.paradisetycoon.com and connect your wallet.

From Beta to Console: Paradise Tycoon's Journey

Paradise Tycoon has made strong progress since launching its beta in 2024. The game has logged over 5 million trades, more than 1.2 million installs, and over 100 years of total playtime.

In March 2025, the dev team partnered with Bonus Stage Publishing to bring the game to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox by the end of the year. Console players will be able to join the same in-game economy as mobile and PC users.

A new standalone title called Paradise Legends is also entering beta in Q3 2025. It started as an in-game event and will later expand into a separate action RPG. This title will also use $MOANI as its core currency, connecting with the larger Paradise ecosystem.
