The renowned entity in the metaverse, Planet Mojo, has announced that it has secured $10.5 million of strategic funding. Additionally, well-known companies like Animoca Brands, Merit Circle, and Courtside VC led the funding round.

Recently, Mystic Moose, a US-based game developer, launched the native ecosystem token $MOJO. The company also talked about its plans for token airdrops, giving hints on further expansion within the gaming community.

Planet Mojo had earlier raised $5 million in December 2021, which was also led by Animoca Brands. This shows Animoca’s continued support for Planet Mojo and its potential. The latest funding round also has the participation of Spartan Group, Citizen Capital, Sfermion, and other companies.

Furthermore, the company said, “This milestone marks a significant step forward in the development of the Mojo Ecosystem and our growth trajectory. Our journey has been made possible with the support of our lead backers.”

$MOJO Tokens Airdrop Event

The company has recently arranged a Mojo Madness March giveaway campaign and players can now expect a token airdrop. Besides, crypto exchange Bybit has started an airdrop event priced at $150,000 in $MOJO tokens. The event will run until April 7th and users must fulfill cross-community missions to be qualified.

The $MOJO token is locked and deployed on Polygon and will be accessible only after the token’s listing on a Centralized Exchange (CEX). However, non-US users need to complete KYC verification to take part in the event.
