Pixiland has officially revealed the list of players and creators eligible to mint the much-awaited Genesis Pass. This update, announced yesterday, rewards the top 500 players from the Dungeon Pool event and the top 100 creators in the Pixiland community.
The Genesis Pass is a limited collection of 999 NFTs and serves as a key to unlock exclusive features, rewards, and access across the Pixi-verse. Minting will take place on OpenSea, with secondary trading available on the Ronin Network.
Top 500 Players Secure Mint Access
Following the recent Dungeon Pool event, Pixiland confirmed that 500 players will get to mint the Genesis Pass. These are split into 3 categories: 50 Pioneers, 300 Guaranteed, and 150 FCFS (first come, first served). Players earned points by clearing dungeons of various difficulty levels between July 8 and July 22, with higher levels giving more points. Easy dungeons gave 1 point, medium dungeons gave 3, and hard dungeons gave 5.
The Dungeon Pool featured a total prize pool of 10,000,000 $wPIXI, split between a Standard Pool and a Bonus Pool exclusive to Ronin Network players. Players climbed the leaderboard to secure their spots, and the competition was especially tight near the cutoff ranks.
Pixiland shared the complete list of top players via a public Google Sheet. According to the team, this recognition highlights the dedication and effort of those who actively took part in the dungeon battles.
100 Creators Also Recognized
Apart from players, Pixiland is also rewarding the community's most active creators. A total of 100 slots are available, split into 10 Pioneer, 40 Guaranteed, and 50 FCFS minting positions. Creators who helped grow the game by producing videos, guides, or content were ranked and selected for their contribution.
As of today, some creators still haven't connected their Ronin wallets. These creators would need to send a DM to Pixiland's X account before midnight UTC on July 30. If they don't respond in time, their unclaimed spots will be passed down to the next creators on the list.
GDPixi Opens Up More Spots
While the Genesis Pass mint is mostly reserved for top contributors, there is one more way for players to gain access. Any user who has earned at least 500 GDPixi is eligible for FCFS minting. This means that even if you didn't make it to the leaderboard, you still get a chance to mint the pass based on your in-game performance.
GDPixi serves as the game's mining power stat. It determines how efficiently a player can earn $wPIXI during mining seasons. GDPixi increases based on hero level, resource house upgrades, and support item enhancements. Players with higher GDPixi can mine faster and earn more rewards, giving them a stronger position in Pixiland's evolving economy. This stat will be key in the upcoming Summer Mining season, where mining output and efficiency are directly tied to a player's GDPixi score.

What Is the Genesis Pass?
Pixiland's Genesis Pass is more than a badge of honor. It comes with multiple perks that enhance the overall gameplay and community experience. These include:
- Free drops of rare Hero and Weapon NFTs
- Exclusive allocation of $PIXI tokens
- Complimentary access to PixiPlus and upcoming premium features
- Whitelist access, early entry to new areas, and free mints
Minting will take place on OpenSea, and all remaining passes after the OG, Guaranteed, and FCFS rounds will be opened to the public. Pixiland has not yet announced the mint price or date.
A Closer Look at Pixiland
Pixiland: Age of Heroes is a free to play strategy game on the Ronin Network. Players build a medieval-style village, recruit pixel-art heroes, and explore dungeons while farming for resources. The game supports both browser and Telegram access, with accounts synced through a single wallet session.
In-game activities include farming for wood, stone, iron, and food. Players can also summon heroes of different rarities, including Common, Rare, Super Rare, and SSR, and send them into PvP battles or PvE missions. Hero upgrades and team strategy are key to earning higher-tier rewards in the game's seasonal events.
The economy is built around $wPIXI, the game's utility token. Players earn $wPIXI by joining mining pools or completing dungeon missions. The token can be used in mini-games, special events, and will eventually be exchangeable at a 1:1 ratio after the game's TGE.

Dungeon Pool Recap
The Dungeon Pool event was Pixiland's main in-game event during July. Players earned $wPIXI by sending heroes into dungeons and completing missions. Higher difficulties gave more points and better rewards. Once the pool ran out of $wPIXI, dungeon completions only rewarded Crown, the game's non-premium currency.
Players also had the option to use $GEMs to skip cooldowns and speed up dungeon runs. The event offered two reward pools: the Standard Pool and a Bonus Pool for Ronin Network players. The total prize fund was 10,000,000 $wPIXI. Player rankings were based on accumulated points.
Mining Season Starts Soon
Pixiland's next event, the Summer Mining Season, will start in early August. This event will allow players to earn $wPIXI by attaching heroes to a mining pool. A total pool supply of 30,030,000 $wPIXI is available. Mining duration is set at three weeks.
To qualify, players must upgrade their Town Center to rank 3 or higher. If more than 1,000 users join, the reward pool will increase by 5,000 $wPIXI per participant. GDPixi is the main stat used to measure mining speed, and having more heroes, higher rarity, and upgraded resource houses will improve efficiency.
Players can adjust their mining strategy by swapping heroes in and out of the mining pool, although removed heroes will undergo a cooldown period to prevent abuse.
Why GDPixi Matters
GDPixi isn't just a number; it's your mining power in Pixiland. It directly impacts how much $wPIXI you can earn in the Mining Pool. A higher GDPixi means faster mining and more rewards. It also now plays a role in Genesis Pass eligibility, giving extra weight to active and well-prepared players.
With the next mining season starting soon, players are encouraged to boost their GDPixi by leveling up heroes and upgrading resource houses. The Pixiland team has hinted that more surprises are coming for those who max it out.
Looking Ahead
The Genesis Pass marks a new step for Pixiland as the team continues to build out its web3 features. With NFT drops, $PIXI token access, and premium perks connected to the pass, it adds another layer to the game's growing ecosystem.
Pixiland's mix of casual strategy gameplay, simple pixel art, and onchain rewards has helped it find a steady audience on the Ronin Network. With events like Dungeon Pool and the upcoming Mining Season shaping its play to earn model, the game continues to attract more players, especially as Genesis minting gets underway.
